Made an early reservation through hotels dot com for a reunion at RMA. I got a good rate and was happy, as I’m not a huge stickler about a place to sleep. Gateway inn cancelled the, paid in full, reservation, conveniently for a high tourist weekend. Cynical and shady.

I had so many bed bugs and roaches in my room. The front desk person said they came from me even when I showed him proof. Do not waste your money here. It deserves to be shut down. You will regret staying here.

We had to change rooms cuz my girlfriend find bed bugs in our bed and after we asked for a refund so we could get another hotel they said after 30 minutes they weren't allowed to when we have only been there for 15 minutes. The manager argued with my girlfriend for 20 minutes because we didn't wanna stay there.

NOT PET FRIENDLY. even though the online booking said it was. had to leave my dog in the car and get minimal sleep. room was full of flies. no shampoo or conditioner. dirty. i usually love a humble motor inn but this one was awful. sadly it was pretty late and i didn’t know where else to go and couldn’t get my money back. terrible.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty as well as the bed sheets and towels. I would highly recommend staying some where else.

I would give this no stars , our room had bed bugs and I got eaten up very badly. Please do not stay here there are other options in town! Do not fall victim of these people's negligence.

The rooms are old but clean. The bathroom is extremely tiny. The staff is friendly though. The Wifi hasn't worked at all for us. The best thing about this place is that it's cheap & clean.

Shower faucet does not work. Staff spent an hour trying to fix it.Clerk woke me up at the wrong time even after I have already canceled the wake up service.No apologies offered by rude clerk .

The only reason I gave them a 1 star was due to the location and how close to skyline drive it was...other than that it was the worst place I have ever stayed at over the 6 years that I have been comming down to Shenandoah national park.

Staff was not sure what they were doing I did not stay because of that reason they couldn't answer any questions was unhappy with that. Was not worth the price.
