I took my 2023 car to get a wash I got the $14 soft touch wash. When I got my car home to check it to see how well it was done there was parts that were still clearly dirty and there was numerous scratch marks on the hood of my car that clearly were in a pattern and the machine had caused them run do not use this car wash if I could give it a zero I would now I have to pay to have my hood repainted so $14 car wash cost me or will cost me well over $500

Do NOT use this so called car wash!! I chose the basic 7 dollar wash, inserted a 20 dollar bill, the screen said “processing”, did NOT give me my 13 dollars in change back, said “take receipt to attendant for change”, NO receipt and NO attendant in sight!!! They would be smart to sell this dump to a larger franchise or just close down! Ridiculous!

I did not have a good expirience, because when it was time to wash it, the machine stoped half way and now my car is half clean and half soapy.

Currently sitting in a soapy car after this carwash just completely stopped mid-wash. No way to even get my money back and no answer when I call the number.
Save yourself $14 and find somewhere else to go.

Very poor experience. I went there to get a car wash like 2 weeks ago and I did the $10 one and $5 for wax I wasn't even in there a whole 30 seconds before it stopped and it said it was done. I called and no one called me back. Won't go there again.

Same experience as another user. Wash lasted maybe 30 seconds or a minute tops. Car was still dirty. Owner blamed me for the issue and never got a refund.

I go to get my car cleaned off, but the dryer always cuts off early. The time is counting down, but the air has stopped.

Didnt clean my car completely and the air dryers were on for 10 seconds leaving my car soaked at the end. Not worth the money.
