I went for 1st time here, and we asked for the express detail services ($75) for that money I was expecting something decent. 1st thing I noticed was that my back door was dirty, still with some bird poop, I asked to be cleaned properly and one girl came out and did it, thanks for that. The sunroof glass duty, all inside frames of the doors are dirty, behind the speed pedal is dirty, the middle console is dirty, and I have a solar charger in the front console, they didn't even move it to wipe they just wiped around, back seat didn't swipe, the trunk (suv) they don't even open it. 1st and last time coming here. Please manager, put more attention to how your employees do their jobs and please double-check before delivering the vehicles to the customers.
PS. Two stars just because when I asked them to clean the back door they did it.

Thought the kid was taking a bio break as i pulled into the wipe down area. Sat there for 10 min on purpose watching the kids in the bays all on their phones. Finally walked into bay and said whose doing tires. Oh you can pull in here sir. And here is my point. I come here pay decent cash to keep road dust off the vehicle. Thats about what this place is good for. The extra services are not worth the price.

Don't get the "Immaculate" clean! They spent less time than the regular interior clean and it looked terrible! My car was the only one in the bay and they were done in less than 10 minutes. Windows not clean, wheels not clean and a huge dirt streak across the trunk! All for only $65! Brought it to their attention and just got shrugs. Won't make that mistake again!
