It took a bit to diagnose and ended up with that laptop failing entirely — but in the meantime, they sold me a good refurbished laptop so I could get straight back to work, and they helped me make desicions about a server and backup setup. Their knowledge and good humor made my life easier and the bill was very reasonable.”
