I've had a terrible experience with the online customer service because of a SIM card change. I went over to the Front Royal Boost Mobile store and the lady there (I'm sorry, I did not get her name) has been tremendously helpful! She was polite and apologetic that I've had so much trouble and couldn't use my phone. The online customer service didn't even offer an apology. Highly recommend just going to the store :) Thanks again!

I visited Boost Mobile on 11/20/2021 around 3pm due to my old phone was no longer holding a charge. Tobi in Boost Mobile in Front Royal, VA was most helpful. She was patience, knowledgeable, kind, great communication, and understood what I was looking for. I can not tell you how much I appreciate this. I went to two different T-mobile stores on separate days in Winchester, VA and receive no or poor communication, lack of knowledge, or quick to sell me the most expensive phone. Tobi was a wonderful contrast to my previous experience with T-mobile.I would have given a 5 stars but when I took my mother to Boost in Front Royal, VA (same location) the weekend prior an employee, I am sorry I do not recall her name was not helpful at all! My mother and I were concerned about her phone not working after recently receiving multiple text stating this could be a possibility. We went to the store and the one employee was outside the door smoking (we had to walk through a cloud of smoke). She came inside when she saw us enter the store.She was not able to answer our questions and lacked knowledge about her products. Her response was "You do not have to worry about it until December 2021" "You can go online and view the phones, they are cheaper on line". Seriously, why do you think we are here now! We first wanted to see if there was even a need or concern to upgrade her phone. We wanted to prevent any disconnection with her cell service due to possible discontinuing of service by boost with certain phones December 2021.If you go to this location, ask for Tobi. She will provide you with answers and give you want you need. Thank you Tobi!!!!!!

The front royal location is horrible with customer service... I don't know her name but at 6:15 a note was put on the door saying they were taking a lunch break when the store closes at 7 it makes no sense... I feel like I never get any answers or help from this location.... Do better Boost

I was considering boost mobile, but upon approaching the store one associate was outside the store talking to another person. They were using foul language and when I asked them to watch their language, one person said, “we can cuss if we want to.” I replied, yes you can, but it is rude and uncharitable,” They proceeded to laugh! I just skipped my visit to the store and walked on by. Any business that would hire such trashy people is not one I will give my business to!

These employees can't even stand up from their seats behind the counter to greet a customer walking through the door or offer any information requested about iPhones. They just say "we have x, y, z phones". Your on your own. I find I get the same results at the Luray Boost store.
