I tried calling the competition, but they didn’t answer, so I stuck with McCarthy, and I’m glad I did.
Homer helped coordinate a towing company (Midway Towing—also great!) and knew how to manage everything like a true pro. Once my car was towed in, Homer worked with me to find the most affordable solution. The service was absolutely ? stellar! In just a day, my flat was fixed, because I drove away with new tires and an alignment that I was considering, too.

“I have a 2018 GMC Sierra Denali, the magnaride suspension was past worn out. Tony recommended the kit to replace the suspension system. Tony and his crew installed the suspension system, replaced a bad wheel hub and did an alignment on my truck for better then a reasonable price. Now my truck rides like it’s brand new again. “Trustworthy! Grandchild was driving one of our cars back to college and power steering went out near Front Royal. Called Midway for towing, talked to Brian for assessment. Repairs completed, grandchild returned for car, drove it for a few weeks and ps pump that was replaced failed again. I replaced it again at home this time. Brian sent me a check for the failed pump. Pretty decent treatment from someone I've never met! Would have been 5 stars if the repaired pump hadn't failed.”

“Living in Front Royal, this is the body shop I go to. They are always fair with prices and I have never felt like they are overcharging or fixing things that don't need fixing. They seem to be honest guys and, for the most part, pretty nice. Dale is always polite and great to deal with. The other guy is occasionally grumpy. To me, that matters less than the other stuff.”

Noticed a nail in my tire in the middle of Shenandoah National Park and had to be back in Georgia that evening so I was on a tight timeline.
Went to Ricks Auto and told them my issue and they got me in right away and patched the tire. I was very happy with the price and everyone there was friendly. I was back on the road and made it back to Georgia in time.
Their waiting room is extremely nicely, couch coffee, TV. Didn’t spend much time there but I was impressed.”
“Super fun place. The creek is full of critters. Fishing is solid. No racoons or bears to bother you. They lose a star because that bridge is deafening at 2 A.M. try to arrive early and get a site as far from the entrance as possible”

“On a Sunday afternoon while traveling cross country I developed a tire problem on my trailer. I called an hour before closing and was told to bring it in. I was greeted less than a minute of arriving and my tire was removed and the valve replaced and tire remounted within 10 minutes. Very polite and helpful and quick. I was able to resume my trip.
