On Saturday, I went into the store was mess because you couldn't get around the people that are cleaning and some of them was laying down on the floor and Timothy give the best customer service and apologized for the mess.

I went here to get a drink around 6pm on a Saturday and the store was clean, organized and well lit. The floor wasn't sticky like most 7-11s in the area. The young kid behind the desk was polite to everyone and efficiently helping everyone. I'm happy to see the mobile check out was working because last time I came in a few months back it was not. I did not get gas but I have to mention the gas area was clean, well lit and the garbage was taken care of. Over all great location.

I stopped at this 7-11 this morning- walked inside, paid for gas, pumped it... No cars around so I got in my car and used my phone to send a message since I don't text and drive. I guess you aren't allowed to sit there for 5 minutes in the vacant parking lot, even if you are a paying customer. When I left, I got pulled over because the lady at 7-11 was concerned I was drinking...The police officer just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t drinking or on drugs... obviously I pulled out my phone and showed him the text. Btw, it was a family emergency!!! I guess she thinks it’s better to text and drive smh...I WILL NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN. If you do... pay and get the hell out of the parking lot or they will call the police on you. No wonder this 7-11 doesn’t get much business. Horrible!!!!

Went for a French Vanilla coffee, only to be advised that they stopped carrying this drink over a year ago. Really? Doesn't seem like a good business move.

Got hit by a credit card skimmer at one of the pumps on April 14..... thank goodness my bank doesn't think I normally spend $80 at taco bells in North Carolina

The guy with the ponytail was incredibly rude to me and clearly nice with everyone else. It's like he had something against me and is never friendly to me. I stopped going to this location because of him. They also keep giving me rewards cards that I don't want and scold me every time for not having one. If I don't want one, I shouldn't be made to feel bad about it.

The floors are dirty the slushy suck, there was no one at the counter so I said, "hello" and an angry guy responded, "see these". He apparently was the clerk, but wasn't even wearing the 7/11 shirt, stocking things in the store. I was so pissed but was taught to respect my elders. Atleast wear the uniform and respond in a calm and courteous manner sir.
