They are very good and will help you the best they can. Not a long line, was helped almost immediately. Woodforest noticed suspicious activity on my card so they called me and I confirmed charges were not mine. They said go into a branch so the next day I did, had a card printed out here and they even helped me recover my online information. Very good bank and great staff

This Bank is located inside Walmart. The staff are really wonderful and understand customer service. The accounts are free if you keep $100 in the account, but if you are over 55 they waive that requirement. The very best thing above being treated like a person and not a number, is that they have longer hours than most banks and they are open 7 days a week.
