If you enjoy wasting your time then this is the Wells Fargo branch for you! I’ve NEVER had a good interaction at this branch, including before COVID. Whether it’s been making an appointment, opening an account, getting something notarized, paying off a loan in full, it’s always been a hassle of some sort at this branch. Save yourself time and frustration and head to the branch further down route 3 by Chic Fil A. The bankers there are more focused on customer service in my experience. Wells Fargo should shut this branch down and turn it into a Waffle House.

We went in to deposit a small check and were astonished to see that a heavy-set African-American woman seated behind the counter intentionally ignored us. We were the only person in line in the bank waiting for counter service. This employee never even acknowledged that we were standing directly in front of her. At last, we gave up and left the bank.Very poor service at this bank.

They’ve always treated me well. I also don’t pay any monthly fees. My old bank I had before were rude and short with me and the monthly fees were insane. Big change!

This location provides great service. Their staff is not only friendly, but very professional. although Wells Fargo is a business, they have products worth looking into, since may be of benefit depending on your financial status.
