I needed to wire some money today. Last time I needed to wire money, I walked into a Navy Federal and was seen immediately and transfer was done. Not Wells Fargo. I didn’t know I had to make an appointment to access my own money. And guess what? No appointments available - at ANY Wells Fargo in the area. Worst bank.

This particular Wells Fargo SUCKS.A bank full of employees but no one able to offer services…I’ve been standing in this line for 20 minutes watching some poor Latino gentleman endure the manager’s extreme scrutiny.It’s a shame she can just waste everyone’s time like this. You’d think “the manager” in a big bank like this would know how to properly delegate internal staff.25 minutes to deposit a flipping check is RIDICULOUS.Boo and also Hiss WF !!!

Jose Torres is a great banker I have 8 accounts with all my 4 compony here at well Fargo and Jose is the the best he mad me feel at home and got my accounts open fast

Cannot walk into the bank and conduct BANKING business. Was told I had to make an appointment for a notary service. They took more time to look at the "schedule" online that it would have to execute the notary. If you aren't cashing a check or making a deposit, you aren't welcome to walk in and bank here.We went in early again on Saturday (schedule between my wife and I doesn't allow us to go during the week when we both need to be there) Was told that nobody could help us, would have to make an appointment. I asked if we could do that while we were there and was told I had to do it all online.Over 25 years as a customer, personal banking and business banking dating back well before the Wachovia days, terrible service.

Țħis branch have the Most worst customer service I ever seen. Every time you walk in this branch they are short handed and literally have two people working. They always make you feel uncomfortable and they are super rude. I will close my accounts and don’t want to ever deal with them again.

We had a great experience with Tanveer Qureshi. She was helpful and took the time to calm down my kids by giving out some lollipops :). The branch manager was also caring and took the time to explain the process and referred us to the right person for help. Thank you all.

The Wells Fargo branch at south point is the most worst service and rude customer services member have specially tanveer Qureshi personal banker (NMLS ID 947996)and KERRY HILSABECK (NMLSD ID 1826332) is the branch manager most rude disrespectful and racist. She’s was keep helped other customers when we ask her to help us and please talk with Wells Fargo customer service she ignored us when we called the main customer service branch of Wells Fargo she goes more mad she walked towards to us like a wild animal in seconds we thought shes going to assault me and my wife my daughter was stop her she start talking with her but still she was talk mad rude and act on us like she’s the president of the United state they keep ignoring us like soccerball she send us to tanveer Qureshi and she talk like who the hell yall I’m the boss we keep ask for help and she ignored us and this morning we wait almost 4 hours here to withdraw my kids money from 10 am up to 12:30 pm no one was here ready to help us and they make us to call the main customer service of Wells Fargo we called 2 time main customer service till we got resolved our problem after long time wait being disrespectful races finally we got my daughter money my recommendation for the future to any customer don’t please go to the south point Wells Fargo branch they have really rude and races staff and managers if well’s Fargo not take an action about these 2 mentioned staff I will go to more higher with my complain thanks Wells Fargo with your unprofessional and racism staffYou have no control at all on the branch

Staff is racist! They have this walking checking QR code. I did used it and waited more than hours. People kept showing up after me and they kept assisting them before me. One of the employee then finally walk to me and asked me what im here for without taking to his desk. When I told him what I need assistance with he made some weird faces and told me to keep waiting few more hour as many WHITE people are also in line who showed up after me. They were preferring customers based on skin color. I ll file serious complain about this behaviour.

As a customer for over 15 years I am extremely unhappy with my complete inability to contact anyone at the branch. I have been calling for 3 days and as of yesterday my sons girlfriend went by and got business cards for Kerry and Phoebe. This has allowed me to email them and try phoning their line yesterday and today. I still have no response by phone or email. I continue to try the main number but although it says they will connect you with a banker I have yet to experience that for 3 days. I am out of town with urgent matters I need help with and I am not an easily frustrated guy. But this has been testing my patience. I am unable to get help from the national WF customer service as they just pass you from one robot menu to another. Please help! There must be a means for customers to contact a banker or I’ll be forced to find a bank that will.Thanks

Phoebe, Nate, and Aarihana are consistently courteous, prompt, and professional with their customer service. Customers are greeted immediately when entering the lobby and offered assistance with a smile and pleasant demeanor. Held my account there for 35 years, and still pleased with the service. Thank you.

Awful costumer service. Tried to open a checking account and was told that they could not do it to go to another branch. Because they “only had two advisors and were booked up”. Tried to deposit money into my mom’s checking account and couldn’t do it either. Completely useless.
