Worst bank to deal with, I've been a client with Wells Fargo for 10 plus years and I've never had any problems with any other branch besides this one. Employees are definitely not trained properly and the manager in charge does everything completely different then every other branch. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

Seriously very impressed with this bank! Between Rose at the front counter being beyond helpful and Jessica being an amazing, professional bank teller I had a fantastic experience getting an account.. I have never been so impressed with customer service anywhere else! Great job guys!!

This branch is awful. I waited 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. There was 1 person being helped but 2 other people behind the teller line and no person in front of me. All I needed was change for my business and didn’t even get it. Was so DISGUSTED with the branch manger and his disingenuous apology. This is not my first or second terrible experience with this branch. Lesson learned. Will not be going back or was the their intention from the beginning?

Just wanted everyone to know how fantastic this branch is to strangers. On our vacation, we learned we needed to sign and fax an important form for the refinancing of our home in Florida. We were greeted at the door by DeVontae M. , who scanned and emailed the form to our bank back in Florida. Thank you, your service allowed us to continue our trip worry free.

If you can do what you need to do through the ATM you should. The wait at the teller was ridiculous.

The customer service is nonexistent. They are rude and not very personable. I will have to start going out of my way to go to another branch or switch banks. Ugh.
