The worst bank in human existence. the customer service associate wouldn't let me sit down when he only attacked me with denials, I couldn't complete any questions when the associate only said that my account would be closed for legally changing my last name. I closed the account and no one in the office even asked me why or if they could help me. the most scare experience I ever had in a @Wellsfargo

While I had heard that Wells Fargo does not have the best reputation for banking, my mortgage was bought out by them. This location is very close to my home. They never seem to have enough staff, especially on the weekends for the three hours they are open. Heaven for bid you have business with a financial specialist, you will HAVE to make an appointment and the wait will be ridiculous. Never just walk in. I came twice as a walk in and both times, there is only one specialist to assist anyone. Today, I don't see even one. Today, the line was to the door from the counter and there is only one clerk to assist. Well, they only have two counters sooo. Nah, WF is proving the rumor true. Oops, two more staff popped out 5 minutes to closing and I've been waiting for close to 15 minutes. They popped out to lock the doors and stand around to converse at the doors to let us out. No idea where they were before as they came out alone, without a customer that they might have been assisting.

Regis (I believe his name is) was an amazing help. I made an appointment, and he took me in even though I was 10 minutes late. He helped me set up an account, fix an issue that I've had for a few years that wouldn't allow me to access my accounts, and he gave me the rundown of everything I should know.He didn't hide anything from me... he gave me the description of the account I was opening, he told me my bonus and when I'd get it, and so much more.Straightforward, efficient, and helpful. He is the definition of good quality customer service. Thank you!

I called the Wells Fargo branch nearest me and an actual human being answered the phone. I told her I was interested in a real estate loan. She said, "let me connect you with a banker." I was connected to a phone menu bot, which I could not get past without giving the bot my account number, which I do not have because I don't have any accounts at this bank yet. The bot gave me several options, none of which applied to why I called. So, finally the bot just hung up on me. Very frustrating! I wonder if the geniuses at Wells Fargo have a clue as to how much business they are losing because of this.

Mixed my cash and shorted me for 300 $ on 07/25/2022 I was in Harry but latter on found out checked on the recipes it was short for 300 hundred I paid to business from my pocket( drive true)

Slow... four people behind the counter... several representatives in the lobby... Two customers (plus a kid) in line, yet I had to leave after ten minutes of waiting because the teller couldn't handle the customer at the window. Is the Customer's time important any more? We are better off with Online Banking because theres no interaction with poor/slow tellers.

I am having the WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. MS. APRIL COLLINS WAS SO NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CHECK WHO YOUR LEAD TELLERS ARE OR MAYBE SHE SHOULD STAY BEHIND THE GLASS AND HAVE NO DIRECT CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE BRANCH.
