“Can't thank Diamond Concepts enough for their kindness and help over the last two years. My husband had problems with his watch, that they fixed within a few minutes and did not charge him. I have gone into the store after a dyalight savings change, needing them to change my talking watch. This watch is more complicated than the average watch. The employees very kindly make the change for me, and would never take payment. I know you will have a great experience in this store. “I had the pleasure of purchasing my Longines Spirit Zulu Time at Crown Jewelers. They responded to my online inquiry almost immediately. I spoke with Justin via phone and after a few minutes we came to a mutual agreement. My watch was ordered and while waiting Justin kept me informed and updated along the way.When my watched arrived, I made the drive to their store. When I entered, I was warmly greeted by all of the staff. My watch was unboxed, presented and fitted with care and attentiveness by Justin. Afterwards, he was gracious enough to show me other watches as I stayed to browse for a bit.When and if I'm ready to make a new purchase, Crown Jewelers will be at the very top of my list. “This was my first time in Elite Jewelers. My visit was outstanding. Carmen was the sales rep who helped me find a necklace. I explained to Carmen I didn’t know much about jewelry she said that was ok. Carmen showed me the necklace and told me everything about the necklace.
