I recently visited the pharmacy, and my experience was disappointing. The staff member was consistently rude and unprofessional. Despite receiving a notification that my medications were ready, I faced unnecessary delays when I went to pick up my medications.

Today was the final straw for the Walgreens on Rollingwood drive. The pharmacy is always understaff and backed up and today I ran in to the nastiest clerk they have hired, I haven't seen her before today. She told me after waiting in line for 15 minutes that the pharmacist had to approve my prescription and I would be good to go. I heard my name called and I went up to the counter and she screamed at me twice to get to the back of the line. I was just making sure that my daughter's prescription would be ready along with the other medication. There was a lady that was so nice and she said you can go in front of me since you have been here for a while. I told her no but I appreciated her kindness. I wouldn't suggest using this pharmacy for anything. The staff is rude because they're short staffed and I am sure nothing will be done to correct the unprofessionalism because they do need workers.

Made an appointment for 10AM. Arrived and in line at pharmacy at 9:30. Finally got shot at 11:05. And from start to finish I was asked my birthday five times in the process. You all need to fix this.

Customer service is awful. Don’t ever bother calling. I was on hold for over 30 minutes with several pick ups but no actual talking to me.. then they’d put me back on hold, for a 30 second question which their automated service cannot answer. Will never use this pharmacy again and would not recommend.

The associate had very poor customer service! I'm not sure how he interacted with others but he was discourteous and unprofessional towards me. He failed to welcome, greet or show appreciation for my business. At the checkout counter, he looked right at me and neglected to verbally acknowledge or thank me for the purchase. Much improvement is necessary!

You gust wouldn't let me even buy a energy drink without an ID. That's ridiculous. I'll take my business to CVS where they have some common sense.

This Walgreens while displaying online that you can walk in for a flu shot is not at all truthful. Their ad read We provide flu shots by appointment or by walk in. When you ask for the shot, they state you must make an appointment. I showed them their add "we provide flu shots by appointment or walk-in", and the pharmacist says that's not for flu shots. Then stated make an appointment. It is clear the ad gets you in the store under false pretense in hopes you make a purchase. THE FOLLOWING is their web site:

I like shopping at this store for good deals. The pharmacy is a bit slow - only a few and someones one pharmacy technician(s) at the front desk.

They need to get more people working in the pharamacy or something. I've been there all different times of the day and each time it takes at least a half hour to get through the drive-thru. It's absolutely ridiculous.

This is the pharmacy to which my prescriptions are being transferred from my A+ Rite Aid. The customer service in the pharmacy is a D-. One person in particular is downright rude. I know they are busy but wow, I as a senior and a Tri-Care beneficiary don't deserve this. The pharmacists are great as are the front cashiers. I have spoken to the store manager, but she must be good at her job as she is still there. So truly sorry I have to go here instead of my RiteAid. Yes there other RiteAids and Walgreens, but this one is right by my house.
