“Had our first appointment at VCA to set up primary care for my puppy. The staff was so kind and helpful from the front desk, vet techs, to the doctor. We even got a welcome bag full of pet essentials! We received a preventative care plan and great recommendations to keep my puppy healthy. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a friendly vet office!”

“I would give 10 stars if I could. Where do I even begin. Yesterday our cat fell extremely ill and we rushed her to a local vet. Testing and xrays showed a bad uterus infection requiring immediate emergency surgery. We were then told "She needs emergency surgery but we close at 5" My wife not knowing what else to do called Lees Hill Pet Hospital. They immediately said bring her here. Verifying what the other vet had diagnosed they immediately rushed her back and performed the necessary surgery. The OWNERS, vets and Staff stayed until almost 9pm with us, hours after they closed. Offered us water and were in constant communication as to the current condition of our cat. They also checked on her throughout the night ensuring she was doing ok, monitoring her vitals. I have never in my life had an animal hospital show such compassion and love for us and our animal. We will NEVER go anywhere else from this day forward. We can not thank them enough for their time, effort and compassion. They truly saved her life.”

“Took my cat Charlie in the beginning of the year for some dental care. The Dr was up front about the care he needed - a full extraction. The price they quoted was very fair and they did their best to honor that quote even though the procedure was a little more difficult than anticipated. ~8 months later Charlie is a new man living his best life.

Thank you for the quality care!!”

“I'm a client here and appreciate Dr. Ahmad, however the prices I don't get. I'm so embarrassed for my elderly neighbor whose dog was brought there for an eye issue and was charged about $600. He was released with eye drops. I really wanna know all details so I'll stop here.

I have to update my review for the simple fact Dr. Ahmad does follow ups and make sure you have details about situations. Now I appreciate that!!!”

“A great veterinarian office. This animal hospital is top notch. Both Doctor Greg and Andie do an amazing job. They are thorough and honest vets! They do not over charge or make up reasons to charge you more money like the commercial vet office do. They are good and fair priced! They work with you and your needs. Tidewater Trail Animal Hospital Veterinarians always go through multiple options. I've never had an issue with paying them, I know before I was financially secure, they did offer care credit there. But, I never needed it since I could always go in there and leave without having to pay more than a couple hundred dollars. My average visit is normally under $100 for consult and basic meds if needed. Their vaccinations are fair value with other vet clinics. I will NOT go to another vet. They take in ER patients ASAP. If it's an emergency, they will make time to see you, especially if you are already a patient of theirs. They send records when asked and text messages that actually go to a live person! It's great. I love this animal hospital. Idk what I would do with Andie and Greg. Andie is also very experienced with unsocial and aggressive dogs and works her behavioralist magic to calm them. Pick this vet office, you will be happy you did. They have done vaccines for me, basic visits, x-rays, complicated visits, medication management and more for my dogs. They also see cats and other animals as well.”

“I cannot say enough about my experience with Four Paws in Massaponax. I have a big boy, his name is Leo and he’s a Rottie and at the original vet, he was being sedated for everything, and I didn’t want that anymore. I looked into Four Paws, walked in and talked to Courtney and explained my situation and she was so nice and comforting and told me to bring Leo in for happy visits. So I did, for 3 weeks I brought him it on Fridays for love and treats and cuddles, he was hesitant at first but the ladies were awesome! Amber and Courtney both just went out of their way to make him feel comfortable but you could see the other vet had scarred him on treatment? so sadly Leo ended up with an ear infection and they told me to bring him on no meds and just see what we could do, well I was a nervous wreck because I didn’t know how he would act but let me tell you!! They were wonderful and he did great! They let me be in the room while they treated him and the sedation was mild and he walked out which has NEVER happened. They are my new vet, the ladies are all AMAZING, the vet was so nice and so comforting. The whole experience was completely different than anything I’ve ever been through with my boy. So if you need a great vet and some awesome ladies to help you with you with your furbabies this is the place. The happy visits were the best thing. Having a big 140lb rottie that is prone to ear infections it’s so important to find a vet that makes him comfortable and me too. Can’t say enough about Four Paws, just a loving place to take my boy and feel 100% comfortable with the treatment and care ❤️?? can’t give them enough stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Good visit for my dog's CT scan. Dr Donahue and the rest of the crew were all great. Explained everything about the procedure and answered all questions. Final bill was much less than the estimate too.”

“We have taken our family dogs to White Oak Animal Hospital for over 25 years now. All of the vets there are fabulous, but a special shout-out to Dr. Bell, who is a rockstar in our eyes for taking such good care of Winnie, our little cockapoo, who got very sick earlier this year with inflammatory bowel disease. She's doing great now thanks to Dr. Bell! Dr. Bell, Dr. Pepper, Dr. Skarbek, and every vet there, and everyone from the ladies at the front to all that work behind the scenes, are incredibly kind and work hard to take care of our pets! Also, their groomers are fabulous - Victoria has groomed our curly pups for years now and is amazing! Thank you, WOAH, for being consistently the best around!”

“England Run Veterinary Clinic has been with us on the most routine visits as well as the most tragic ones. They've shown incomparable compassion and consideration at every visit. I'm surprised to see other reviews remarking on high prices, because having been a pet owner with medically complex animals for two decades, this place seems to almost under-price their services. I've never walked out feeling like I got less than my money's worth for the care received, and they always are ready with various options to meet price-point needs. More than anything, they've established relationships of trust with our animals almost instantly, every time. Even when dealing with my almost 21 year old cat who is not friendly to strangers. She got feisty with them at first, but ultimately left less disgruntled than the start of the visit. It was nearly miraculous. She has since passed, and I was devastated at the time. ERVC staff went above and beyond to help me in my time of grief. I could barely function as I walked in that day, and they scooped us right up and wrapped us in the care you might find in long-time friends or family. When we ended up taking on a very unexpected new kitten, they instant started things off right with him too. He now seems to enjoy his rides to the vet, and knows that he's going to get all the snuggles and love he desires.”

“This review is long overdue. CRAH were incredible when it was time to say goodbye to our senior-baby-girl. We'd stayed well past opening time and were not rushed, we were treated like family, and that's more than we could have asked for. The compassion and kindness that we felt was everything. Over the past few years, we've always been very pleased with how Confederate Ridge has taken care of our girl. Surgery, diagnosis of skin problems (that we'd been paying for injections at $100 a pop at another vet, who completely misdiagnosed and overcharged us), and general checkups - always on point. We could tell she was loved and cared for by staff whenever we showed up. There's usually a wait to be seen, and appointments can take a while to get with how popular CRAH has become. Even though we live over an hour and a half away, I'd still come back here if we add to our family again.”

“During my experience at the Vetco Clinic this past weekend I was able to get my Doberman's vaccine updates at an affordable price with a vaccine package that I have been getting yearly now. The staff is always professional, the tech's are very friendly and the prices for all the packages are affordable as well as the discount for his heartworm medicine was appreciated.”

“The team was awesome. Sarah tech vet was very patient with Faith. I had to bring in my cat three times for her to withdraw blood. She has a gentle touch, since my cat was given her trouble. Banfield is lucky to have her on the team. She is jewel.”
