This store is awesome!! Paul took care of all the issues I've been having with my s22ultra that's been replaced 5 times. I will be giving this store and Paul all my business from now on. As a local business owner. I'll be referring people to this store. Not sure who owns this store. I wouldn't let him get away from you. He impressed me enough to the fact that where he goes. I go. Forget the saying. Don't go to the independent stores. Well. Go to this one because they know what their doing.

This location has been super helpful with getting new devices, checking my bill and making adjustments, as well as any tech support questions I had. I had previously gone to the Central Park location and they were not very helpful and just told me to call in. My friend was told at the Central Park location that this location isn’t authorized to work with business customers but my friend has been able to get help with his business account here. They were able to help him get new devices set up. Amazing costumer service and positive attitude with helping me through every.

Sabrina and Paul have helped me tremendously, where I was given a run around before with needing account help, they took the time to give detailed explanations and walk me through what I needed. Definitely recommend coming here

Caleb is amazing! He took the time out of his already busy morning to get me all set up on my account, including transferring my data to my new phone, so when I walked out the store, I didn’t have to do anything. He broke everything down easily so that I would understand. One of the best customer service experiences I have had.

I am so grateful for Sabrina, store manager, who has helped me over two visits. She solved both concerns efficiently and very graciously and was really the best person I have ever dealt with in a Verizon store--ever!! Her assistant, Paul, was great, too...

Paul is the BEST! We had gone to 6 other Verizon stores in Richmond to try to get our new phone fixed/replaced (as it was sold to us with a broken battery) and were given a number of unhelpful answers including going to other offices, calling unhelpful helpdesks and still having no working phone for our line. We went in to this store to ask Paul for help and explained the situation and he immediately identified the problem and had it fixed and working in under 15 minutes. He was courteous, friendly, and professional, and managed the other guests coming in while he was assisting us with patience and efficiency. If you need a Verizon troubleshooting guru, go to Paul!

Extremely poor customer service. Employees were not knowledgeable at all. They had to continually call their manager at home and the corporate help desk for answers to what should have been simple questions. I just wanted to set up simple internet service in my new rental home and it took over 2 hours to accomplish this.

Had a daunting task of porting service over from Walmarts 3rd party service, My Family Mobile, which did not make anything easy.The two Verizon associates I worked with on-site were empathetic and stayed on the line with myself and Walmart associates for over an hour and a half while I was in the store just to get my phones switched over. Before this we had very spotty service in a dead zone.These two Associates completely owned the task before them and had nothing but confidence in their own skills. Everything was as they said. Really can’t say enough about these dudes, that’s a hard find in 2023We got both numbers ported over and I learned a whole lot. Thank you so much for your patience and expertise Plank Rd Verizon!!!
