I went into this store - albeit very stressed after a very infuriating attempt to set my phone up for myself. A gentleman by the name of Paul immediately greeted me whilst with a customer and asked me what could I get assistance with. I told him my grievances of having a carrier lock issue and it started off with a low probability that I’m walking out with my new iPhone all set up. But Paul persisted and not only did he not give up, but he got my phone set up even though I had the wrong carrier. He was super friendly, engaging, and made me feel comfortable about my lack of knowledge on the whole phone issue.
If I could recommend anybody from this store that you all need to go to and get assistance from, it’s Paul. And if anybody higher up is reading this, please give Paul a raise or some kind of recognition for the amazing work he did and still continues to do.

Sabrina was great! Caleb is good too but like, yaaaaaaah My phone is in pieces but the service was amazing. Like really good. But I’m now in debt. I don’t know if I really needed Fios, TV, a home phone, a wireless home phone, Youtube premium, netflix, HBO max, Paramount, Walmart+, 3 new phones, an iPad pro, 2 watches, and Last tuesday’s breakfast, but DDDDDDAAAAAAMMMMMNNN the service was pretty good…Though I think I should refrain from making financial decisions. Upon advisory from a 3rd party, I should mention that I DID need all that stuff…ha ha…heh. Yeahhhhhh….So yes, I DO need that stuff, I DOOO need it VERY MUCH so! So yeah. Paul is a guy. Strikes me as a little bit…Paul-ish though.

This is our go to store for all of our cellphone needs. Paul and the crew there are not only exceptionally technically adept but their patience, resolve, and commitment to getting issues fixed while minimizing impact to the customer is unwavering and makes for an exceptional customer experience.

Verizon’s customer service was phenomenal Sabrina helped my nana and I upgrade AND save money. We had no idea our plan was so old we were actually paying more! She used every tool in the toolbox to lower the initial monthly bill as much as possible. I can’t believe my nana went from an iPhone 8 plus to an iPhone 15 plus and now pays LESS monthly, and was even able to upgrade her iPad! My papa was even persuaded to upgrade, and he’s an old school grandpa!! Haha. If that’s not a good salesman skills I don’t know what is. The rest of the staff were super sweet and friendly, and never left a customer hanging. If I could rate 10 stars I could, very genuine and patient people.

The staff here is hands down amazing! Came in for new lines for my parents and every step the staff made it easier, ensuring we were getting all we want and needed and the best deal! One of the employees even sat on the floor next to my father to help him get set up. I watched as other patrons came in for assistance and were met with such respect and above and beyond service! I’m glad we came to this location. Caleb was the rep that was helping but the other 2 were right there giving above and beyond service also! These employees are keepers!

This is not a "corporate Verizon store." I walked in to upgrade my cell phone and the process was very confusing and not what was explained to me over the phone by Verizon.
The sales person said that promotions showing on my Verizon Offers did not apply for my wife's phone line, and they were trying to sell me a more expensive monthly plan and purchasing additional bundles (Disney, Hulu, etc.).
I called Verizon the next day and they explained this is not a corporate Verizon store. Only the corporate stores can see and honor the Offers on my account.

This store is awesome!! Paul took care of all the issues I've been having with my s22ultra that's been replaced 5 times. I will be giving this store and Paul all my business from now on. As a local business owner. I'll be referring people to this store. Not sure who owns this store. I wouldn't let him get away from you. He impressed me enough to the fact that where he goes. I go. Forget the saying. Don't go to the independent stores. Well. Go to this one because they know what their doing.

This location has been super helpful with getting new devices, checking my bill and making adjustments, as well as any tech support questions I had. I had previously gone to the Central Park location and they were not very helpful and just told me to call in. My friend was told at the Central Park location that this location isn’t authorized to work with business customers but my friend has been able to get help with his business account here. They were able to help him get new devices set up. Amazing costumer service and positive attitude with helping me through every.

Sabrina and Paul have helped me tremendously, where I was given a run around before with needing account help, they took the time to give detailed explanations and walk me through what I needed. Definitely recommend coming here

Caleb is amazing! He took the time out of his already busy morning to get me all set up on my account, including transferring my data to my new phone, so when I walked out the store, I didn’t have to do anything. He broke everything down easily so that I would understand. One of the best customer service experiences I have had.
