Rude staff who all seem to hate to do their job and anyone who comes in for help. They lost my package containing 5 pairs of prescription glasses a few years ago and I was told to call the local post master. The phone literally rang non stop for 45 min. Eventually I just hung up.
But every day they make SURE to get the scam mail and advertisements into my mailbox so I have a constant stream of trash flowing into the landfill. They made $107 BILLION this year on "marketing mail" so that's obviously where their priorities lie.

Some of the counter people like to carry on long catchup conversations with customers while people are waiting in line!
Doesn’t help with USPS or civil service image!

I submitted a change of address a month ago and have not received any mail at my new address yet. I have called numerous times and have had 2 service requests for 2 investigations opened. However, both have not resolved the issue and I still have yet to receive any mail at the confirmed change of address location that was approved and confirmed to begin on the 24th of June, 28 days ago. No one has assisted me to get answers as to where my mail is or why I haven’t received it. This seems very illegal as a tax paying citizen I have a legal right to my mail which I am currently not afforded courtesy of the post office. This post office is responsible to forward my mail in accordance with my change of address. This is an absolute embarrassment especially seeing as how these are federal employees failing at doing their job.

Really frustrating that when the package drop is locked or jammed -- which is often -- a sign tells you to take your package to the back loading dock, but doesn't tell you how to get there. I checked both sides of the building and even drove around the block, and there is no way I can find to get to the loading dock. Please put directions on the sign!

The women there were helpful in getting my passport application ready to mail out! I was nervous about the whole process, but they were knowledgeable and left me at ease!

I made an appointment for a passport application at another location, but found out they didn't have a clerk for the next two weeks. They told me to head to this location as they were taking their appointments. I didn't have to wait very long in line to let them know I had been sent over and they got me in within 2 minutes. They kindly helped me with everything and were patient in waiting for me to get through the line to pay for my money order. All the staff were kind and professional to myself and everyone in the building. Thank you!

If your order something online and the store lists the brand on the box expect your items to be missing. They took the items and put a ration pack in there and re taped the box, I guess to weigh the box down.

Why even be open on Saturday 930 and 1 clerk working on a busy day,8 people in front of me, took 45 minutes to mail a priority letter. Come on, do better!

I have not received my mail from March till now. The person at post office said they were holding my mail. I didn’t request this service. Please send all complaints about this pst office to the inspector general.

Please go somewhere else…. I have never heard so much condescension from people in my life…. 30 minutes behind schedule I had to leave my passport appointment because I had other obligations…. typical government establishment haha.

Mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address. Packages say they are delivered and never are. Worst post office ever used
