Called to inquire about a used vehicle that was sold at auction and sent to FCC for repairs. They couldn't disclose any information, but assured they wouldn't work on flood or branded title vehicles. I believe I spoke to the owner; he was very nice and accommodating. Although I'm not a customer, I will definitely consider this shop if I live in the area. Thank you, FCC!

I went to this location as a recommendation, I had only had my car for few weeks when it got hit while parked, it needed a new door replaced. They gave me a quote and I asked them if the door would be new Tony said yes, the turnaround time was quick only because they had used an old door from another Jeep. It breaks my heart knowing that the insurance would have paid for it regardless of how they felt about ordering a new door, I feel that was not up to them to decide to get cheap on my new car repair. A client should be satisfied with the product and service as we come first but in my case it was they cared for themselves.The door was painted well with no issues. They called that it was ready and upon picking it up they never bothered to wipe the inside mess they caused and broke my door panel. Told them to replace it, they again wanted to get me an old door panel, stating that it was on back order, I didn’t mind waiting so I received a new one after some weeks. I even told them that my door makes a noise inside as if something is loose, they took it for a test drive and said they don’t hear anything they will check when I come back put in the door panel and they never bothered, acted to be in a hurry.I’m very disappointed, I don’t know if some of these reviews are real. I will say make sure you are getting what your car is valued for from this place because they like using old, used parts. Fast is not always good.Services: Painting

Terrible experience. Shady collision center would only take cash. Got scammed ,most all reviews are for used car center, not collision. Engine was making loud noise which was my primary concern. Even told them it was probably an exhaust leak. They didnt fix it nor tell me they "couldnt find anything " until i asked. Took it to an exahust shop and they found the leak in 5 mins. Paint match was terrible so now i have a two toned car. They blame it on insurance and said they didnt pay them enough to blend the paint. Car took 2x as long to finish, no communication from shop had to call everytime to ask if my car ready and everytime said they needed a few more days.Services: Body & Trim

After my car had sat in the lot of another shop for a month waiting on an estimate, I brought my car here. Tony was able to do the estimate and the repair and have my car back to me in just under a week. He was great at communicating with me about it the whole time. Fast and friendly service!

I am new to the area and had been driving around all morning looking for a place to do my inspection my man Mr usman held me down and took my car in for inspection. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. I will no longer go anywhere else for my cars maintenance and repairs usman and his shop are reliable and have excellent prices and reviews for a reason. I had my my van painted by these people not even six months after the vehicle was painted rust started to appear i called there shop manager and kept saying we will take care of it. They were busy also I was to because I'm a business owner to. I waited patiently because I also needed some mechanical work done to. So finally bought the GMC van in to be looked at. Told me now that they cannot fix the rust spots which I have spent $5,000 to have this vehicle painted fix rust spot and remove dents. The shop manager brings his painter to look at it and was very rude talking to each other in there language instead of speaking English so the customer can understand. As they finish talking the painter walks off and the shop foreman says there is no warranty but keep telling me on the phone we will take care of it. Now he says its no warranty and its the metal that cause the paint to rust not the paint job. I took it to another company they said it was a lie they did not prep the metal good before painting the vehicle. So I ask for the owner never called me. I have been a great customer for them with mechanical work and painting my vehicle i have spent over 10k with these people to get treated like this. I think not I have all my receipts pictures. I will not stop until this issue is resolved next step is court papers to be processed. Then im going to the county so they better have everything in order with this business. Please stay away from these people money hungry people. Its not over yet.Service: Painting

Bought a Jeep Wrangler here in 2019 and it’s been a headache and a half. Not only did I have to replace all 4 shocks, track bar, brake calipers and pads but last night I got a flat and went to grab the sore on back. BUT someone had use the wrong lugs with an impact on it, thus unable to use spare and now I need a new tire mount and wheel patched. Granted this being my third Jeep I should have looked closer at these things, but it’s inexcusable nonetheless. Selling a Jeep knowing it had all those issues and still selling it. Luckily I plan on selling it soon and will never trust a small used dealership again. Thanks Usmani for the expensive lesson!

Came to get my front bumper repainted due to an eye sore from what I believe was maybe a botched paint job by the previous owner or dealership I bought it from. I ended up getting the hood and both fenders done as well. The car looks incredible. Just picked it up this afternoon (Tuesday) after dropping it off last Thursday afternoon and super happy! It was actually ready to be picked up last night (Monday) so quick work and it looks SO much better. I feel like I have a brand new car. Highly recommend! Also got a discount for paying in cash. Would definitely come back for any work we need in the future (but hopefully won’t need to haha).
