“Great place to purchase a good, decent used vehicle. No pressure at all. The manager is reasonable and fixes reasonable issues prior to purchase. Brianna is great and easy to work with and made life very simple with the purchase of my truck. Only have one minor complaint and that parking is difficult. There's not much room to park vehicles as it's a small entity. So guest parking is almost non-existent. To look at this place, one might be wary but shouldn't always judge a book by the cover.”

“I think if you’re an enthusiast shopping on a budget, JDM has a bunch of cool cars to choose from. Eight gen Honda Civic Si, WRX STi, Minis and so many other cool cars. I can tell that the people working there, or maybe somebody behind the scenes, are legitimate car guys/gals. And if you just want something normal to blend in, they have a lot of those too. I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz C230 Sport from these guys and as someone who legitimately loves cars, I have been genuinely smiling from ear to ear since purchasing the little Benz. Now the car is 17 years old so I wasn’t expecting a perfect car, so imagine my surprise when I got the car home and really got to comb through the car and realized that I genuinely think I purchased one of the CLEANEST W203 C230’s on the market. The car passed inspection without any fuss and just overall for 6,000 bucks, this was such a good find. JDM auto does the OBVIOUS things that you think every dealership should do, but unfortunately many don’t. JDM communicated with me, didn’t try to force me to buy anything, and their website had dozens of high res photos detailing the car. These guys are awesome. They’re not flashy, or fancy, but they are honest and genuine and I for one am a happy customer. My sales guy was Jasper, and if you’re reading this Jasper, I told all my colleagues about the hilarious interrogation at the PNC bank when I was trying to get the cashiers check hahaha!”

“Went to Edwin for a time consuming repair. Not difficult but required a lot of time getting to the component under the dashboard. He charged around maybe 2/3rds of the dealership's cost, started work the next morning compared with the dealership's 4 week wait and got it done in a day and a half compared to the dealer's 3-4 day estimate. Can't speak to their used cars but it seems he did me solid on the repair.”
