I was thoroughly impressed by the speed and efficiency of the return process. Upon arriving with my Amazon return items still in their original packaging, the gentleman at the counter swiftly scanned my QR codes, collected the items, and printed a receipt—all within less than 40 seconds! The entire experience was exceptionally smooth, making it easy for me to swiftly enter and exit the store. I was genuinely impressed and greatly appreciated the time saved during my visit.

I had an Amazon return I needed to bring it. I had the receipt and bar code on my phone, showed it to the guy and was told, "Er, we need that printed out. Either we can print out the bar code for you for $5, or you can use our self-help computer for $2.50."
There's no way UPS owns this story; this is a franchise who owner cares nothing about customers and everything about squeezing every penny out of people. Terrible place. Avoid at all costs.

My seller dropped off a transmission at the UPS Store 5353 in Fredericksburg, VA and said someone would call them. Never mind that the seller had all our information to ship the item including our UPS shipper number. Ughh! I worked with Scott there over the phone to get it up to Pennsylvania. He added a bunch of bubble wrap, boxed it up good, got my address and credit card info to get it to me in quick order. Scott was as pleasant and professional as anyone could ask for!

Ridiculous, had an Amazon package to return, shipping was already paid by Amazon, but I didn't have a shipping label. They said the owner charges $5 to print a shipping label, literally one sheet of paper. This is just plain ole greed.

The UPS store is convenient and offers more options for shipping packages than USPS. Plus they mail my letters.
