I have been using this store for almost 10 years now and have always experienced the best employees! (Don, Scott, & Tyler) Don has been there the entire time and makes a point to acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the door. That kind of employee longevity is almost unheard of these days. (I think he has actually been there for 18 yrs) It is the friendly, helpful and genuine sincerity that I appreciate so much. They are the best!

They said they closed their registers early (so they could get out fast I bet) so they couldn’t help me when I showed up right before they closed due to getting off work late because I actually care about my customers, they said if I was returning an Amazon package they could have helped me but since I simply needed to ship a usb thumb drive they “couldn’t help”, if you’re not actually open for business until a specified time then you shouldn’t pretend to be open with your signage and change it. I’ll be supporting a competitor tomorrow & wish companies respected their customers by being open when they claim to be, had the same issue this morning with McDonald’s who was supposed to be open at 5:00a they said but at 5:32a they were still not ready for business.

Ask for either Scott or Tyler. Those guys will get you in and out of the door in literal seconds if you got an Amazon return.

The people at this store are great, almost every time I've been in there I've been confused about something that is probably very basic for them and they have been nothing but gracious and helpful. If you are ever confused about how to get something from A to B just go ask and they can make it happen
