I went in to return an item from Amazon after I was sent the incorrect product. I was in and out of the store within a minute (they just had to scan the QR code for the label) and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The computer and printer services are always down or off-line and why do they have employees that work there that know nothing about how to print or use a computer? Second time now that I’ve gone to print something very simple and no one there can assist me.

By far my favorite spot for dropping off my returned items it’s quick. I’m familiar with the staff. They are always willing to help resolve issues plus, the location is great.

The young man by the name of Ryan is extremely rude and doesn’t appear to enjoy what he does and definitely doesn’t have any customer service skills. Came in with some items that needed to be returned from Amazon and her huffed and puffed each item then stated “they had a lot of returns today and have no room” and then looks at me and states “you couldn’t have just returned 1 item?” Are you serious. No one should ever speak to a customer like this. UPS is a “Shipping” company I’m sorry that you chose to work at a place that mainly ships packages. Ryan needs some customer service training or maybe he should find something else to do for a career. He is not a good person to have up front representing the UPS brand.

This is the only UPS in our area that my husband and I work with. We have been steady customers for five years now, Great service from Scott, Don and Ryan and the team! So appreciate their rapport with all of us, the customers at “Town and Country Shopping Center”!
