Convenient location although the parking lot is a little tight. Staff does a decent job trying to move the Amazon returns through. Never had much of a wait.

They wanted to charge 10$ to tape up a box. This place is a joke. Every ups store tapes up boxes for free. Mind you this was JUST TAPE.

I caught the clerk in a lie when trying to get her to assist me. She told me that a package had not left her location because there had been no pickups from her facility over the weekend. I then asked her to grab the package and modify the addressee to include an ATTN: line. She then changed her story to the package had shipped to the hub. The truth is that my package is sitting in her been right now, but she just doesn't want to look for it.

I stop in here often to do Amazon returns and they are typically almost always busy. But they still do a decent job trying to grab those with returns so we can get our transaction completed and get out.I do appreciate that!The staff is pretty friendly and helpful as well.Do to the great service, we stop in to use them for shipping our own packages as well... Keep up the quick, expeditious service!

Good local UPS spot.I use it all the time for Amazon returns.They do offer all the other usual services as well
