Not very knowledgeable or helpful. Had a note my package was there and then was told it would be there in 3 days. No real updates on if the delivery was actually attempted or why they left a note at all. Or why it wasn't completed. Told me they could only do so much at a store level and were more interested in leave as it was near closing time.

They went above and beyond and really saved me. I needed to get my fingerprints done and unfortunate life circumstances caused me to miss my appointment and show up at 7 pm (their closing time) on the dot. I sprinted from my car to the door only to find it had been locked. I probably missed them by seconds...Yet, to my pleasant surprise, they saw me and actually unlocked their doors, then stayed late just to help me out--when they certainly did not have to. It is so rare to find nice humans like this these days and I'm grateful for them!

I called UPS near courthouse Road and they told me that they cannot complete my project but sent me to Kristen, Kristeen completed my project and I gave her NO ideas. All I gave her was my son name and told her he was graduating and she completed his sign. She was so sweet and has amazing customer service. Thanks Kristen ❤️

Kiersten's customer service is exceptional. She was patient with me and understood the project in my head. She was able to bring life to my poster and I'm so excited. She was very informative and didn't make me feel my project was overwhelming. I will definitely come here for any future help with printing.

The employees are ALWAYS so friendly, prompt, professional, and welcoming. My family and I have been coming to this store week after week, month after month. I refuse to visit any other location. They are so well-mannered and pleasant and helpful. Such a delightful experience! They all deserve many raises and more. I went here for printing/lamination services and the quality is simply immaculate. Recently had the pleasure of working with Kirsten, she's simply awesome - gracious, honest, and professional. Big thank you to the whole team :)

Convenient location although the parking lot is a little tight. Staff does a decent job trying to move the Amazon returns through. Never had much of a wait.
