Michele is the one you need to work with! My wife and I came to the table with little to nothing and left with more happiness than we could have imagined. Michele worked with us to find the house, deal with the seller in terms of getting the stips in order and also with us. George Mason Mortgage was another obstacle. I wanted to make sure that Harvey Fox, our realtor and his assistant Carolyn Robertson, receive a 5 star public rating for the quick sale of our home. Within 24 hours we had 3 clients go through the house and 2 contracts offered. We were elated! From the first contact with Harvey, we were put at ease and actually for the first time, turned the reins loose to his control. Both he and Carolyn brought ideas and realistic information to us and at the same time, kept us informed each step of the way. Sunday May 1st the house went up and by the morning of May 2nd we had 2 contracts. Harvey and Carolyn have been available at all times of the day, which means a lot due to a 3 hours time difference. They have even helped us with Electrician's and Plumbers to close the small fixes that need to be done before closing. I would highly recommend the TEAM of Harvey and Carolyn to our family and friends there in Virginia. I can't express enough the relief and how pleased I am with the sale price!! Thank You!!
