I’ve been a customer with this bank for years! Never have I had an issue. The staff is great and their bank manager is AWESOME! She will work with you and help you out with any questions you might have.

I've had an account with Union Bank for 20 years I've always been an advocate for them because of the way they treated me. Anytime someone complained about their Bank I told them about mine. Now since it's becomeAtlantic Union, they've closed my nearest branch they've changed the way they do things and most recently I was treated rudely on the phone when I called to acquire about my account number. The call center they passed me off to had me on hold for 20 minutes repeating the same commercial every minute with no expected wait time. No more transfers from one account to another under the same bank. One more thing and Im leaving this bank.

I’d give negative stars if I could .. I opened a checking account here although I could’ve opened a free one elsewhere. From the start it was awful when I deposited a check and 7 days later it still was not posted. I called an they couldn’t find it! A day later they found it but .. just wow. Then I deposited a large amount of cash after 4pm, which was not available immediately - which is quite odd, but also didn’t post until I called five days later and complained! Then, icing on the cake, they closed my account for an 8 cent overdraft created by their $7 service fee, charging me $35 to close the account. Unaware the account had been closed I went to a branch to deposit a check, the teller said the account would be opened back up minus the $35.08. I said okay. A few weeks later when an online visit said “no valid accounts found” I called them once again. I was told a cashiers check was sent by mail and my account was closed. I never received a check .. it’s been several months and I still don’t have my hundreds of dollars I deposited to my closed account. So the teller lied and my money is nowhere to be found. Going to a branch today to recover.

The woman Michelle who works at this location is very rude. Made me feel very unwelcomed for being my first time comming to this bank. Everyone else was pleasant probably to make up for her.

Melinda is very kind and went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue on a Friday, very close to closing time. Even stayed late to finalize my situation. I am so grateful, especially since I was about to head out of town on vacation.

Just went through the drive-through to make a deposit. Realized I also needed to get some cash. Asked the teller if I needed to send over my drivers license. And she replied “no, I know who you are “ with a big smile. I moved all of my accounts to Atlantic Union just seven months ago. And this is exactly why. They’ve actually made an effort to know me.

I had a great experience at this branch from the second I walked in to ask a few questions about business banking. Lynne did an outstanding job handling my requests and I am in the process of moving all my accounts there. This bank really wanted me as a customer and their enthusiasm showed it! Thank you!
