Omair did a great job on facilitating everything with the purchase of the 24 GMC Sierra truck. I have dealt with Sheehy now for over a year. Josh in service, Tyson in parts, and directly with Omair in sales. A great team to be sure. They have renewed my faith in Sheehy GMC for all your auto needs
Recent service department work. Uraina did a terrific job. Tyson ordered the cover and got it in record time and it was installed quickly by Uraina’s team. She is a superb service manager. Highly recommend Sheehy service department.

Excellent place to do business with. Needed a vehicle while on temporary duty in VA and they sold me a vehicle that wasn’t even for sale, yet. Got her serviced, detailed and looking great in less than 3 days! Ken really made it happen and on top of it all, they helped me get it registered in my home state! Thanks to Kate! Highly recommend this dealership!

Had to call six times to find out the status on my truck. Couldn't even get the service manager to call back. Had to talk to gentlemen in sales to get someone to let me know if my truck was fixed. The only good in service was the text.

If I could give negative stars I would. The car sat for 5 days with no work done and no communication. Phone calls went to voice mail with no return and text messages were not followed up on. I will drive an hour to other GMC dealers before coming to Sheehy GMC again. Atrocious and horrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute worst experience by far. I reached out regarding a vehicle I saw on their website; I did get an immediate response back via text, emails sent to me etc. I called back, and was asked to fill out the application, had my credit run through multiple banks, and NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK FROM ANYONE!!!. I've called and text and emailed multiple times with ZERO return calls back from anyone. I will not be recommending this dealership.

I walked in to Sheehy expecting the typical car salesman pitch.To my surprise that is not what transpired. I was introduced to Ralph and nothing but professionalism was shown to me by him..He answered all.my questions to.the fullest extent.
The only problem was him being a Commanders fan and me being a.Cowboys fan..Needless to say that did not interfere with the transaction ..lol

The representatives was kind and caring. They did not take advantage of me. They even sent me a video of what my vehicle looked like in the inside to show that my car was looking great!
