Can’t say enough good things about Herb who helped me with a U-Haul truck. When I showed up to pick up my truck Herb looked at the contract and was able to save me a ton of money by making it a round trip vs one-way. He also went out of his way to show me the features of the truck and even gave me his personal cell to call if there were any issues. Definitely recommend.

Herb and Lisa are what you call true angels sent from heaven. I literally had no money when I lost my apartment and my husband walked out and they was able to give me a storage unit and a truck with the money that I had.

The ladies that work here are truly angels, especially the older woman. I was 2 hours past the arrival time I told them due to heavy traffic and she was so accommodating. I almost didn’t even make it before they closed. It was pouring down rain and she took us to our trailer and even hooked it up for us. What a gem of a lady. Thank you!!

5/1/23 - Sad to be moving out because Herb and everyone here have been so great to us. I can only hope that wherever we move, they are HALF as good as they have been. They truly have taken care of us and gone above the call of duty.Herb and the rest of the staff are awesome! Thanks for taking care of me

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Herb and his wife Lisa were so helpful, personal and selfless. You all made my move way easier and I really appreciate it. I definitely recommend this place and will do business with you all again!!!! Listen… if you are in the DMV area or even moving to Antarctica, please do business with them! Lol!

Herb and family is indeed one of the best rental agents that I have met. My father and were initially sent to the wrong pickup location by Uhaul which put us way behind schedule and Herb was very kind enough to stay behind and and take care of our needs for the rental on 10/22 - 10/23. We will definitely be coming back to rent more often! Thanks for all your help Herb and family!
