I call the shop owner he told me how to reset the TV free five different ways my Sony TV but I couldn't get it fix and I wanted to take it there but he was closing the end of the month so he couldn't fix it I was so disappointed I really wish I knew about him in time . I'm so sorry he closed his shop he is a really nice person I haven't been able to find any other place to fix it..

4 time customer! Had a tv fixed years ago, recently had them fix a 1970-ish floor model record player am/fm radio. Then a 1990-something radio/cd/record/cassette player cabinet unit and lastly a 1970-something solid state am fm radio. These were all items from family/generations past that we wanted to restore. The TV Shop guys spent weeks, days, hours refurbishing, repairing and restoring to full functionality for everything we brought them! They even tested the items and let us test them before we paid for the repairs (they also call and give frequent updates too) They were careful and professional and very detailed in their work restoring our old family gadgets!!! Who knew that they’d work on more than just TV’s!!!!!!

I called on a Sunday about repairing a cracked screen, to my surprise got a call back same day, while they aren’t able to handle the repair gave me a bunch of advice on the tv and was very nice about everything.

My Samsung TV went out, so I took it to the TV Shop. Ken was friendly and knowledgeable, and he called me with a quote within one day of dropping off the TV. The repairs were completed in less than a week, and it is back in my living room working great! I definitely recommend the TV Shop!

Very friendly and super knowledgeable staff. They are a bit spendy, but they're also the only ones in the area who do this kind of work. They diagnosed my TV within the week and fixed it soon after.
