Joe was exceptional. He greeted us with a warm smile and a firm handshake. We were looking for a mattress and provided him the specifics and we had purchased what we wanted within 30 minutes. Payment for purchase took longer than expected, but we weren't in a hurry.

We really enjoyed working with Julie when choosing a new sectional. She was friendly, personable but not at all pushy. We ended up with a new sectional and tables for our family room. We are very pleased.
