“I was visiting my niece in Fredericksburg VA, and she had a problem with her lights on her Toyota, needed an emissions inspection and state inspection. Joey was very nice and professional to give her all the information she needed to leave her vehicle. They diagnosed it, gave a quote, and got everything done in a few hours. Their waiting room is large and very clean. While we were going over the information, I asked Chuck how much to air my tires in my vehicle. He replied, "Nothing. Let me have your keys." Momentarily, that was complete, and we were to go on our errands until her car was ready. We believed there was an electrical problem, but Joey reassured us there wasn't. He also stated that if the lights go out, bring it back, and they will replace them for free!! Definitely recommended this place...just a little hard to find a bit of a hint..look for smoke/vape store with red roof. They are right next door. Just wanted to give Frick and Frack or Sam and Fred a mention! LOL! They were very professional, also.”

“I had a broken flywheel on my 2019 Escape and ford wanted a ridiculous amount to fix it. I called Superior and they got me in right away. They charged me a fair price and fixed my car in a very timely manner. When I got it back it had a code pop up that wasn't there before. I called them and they were very kind and professional. They looked at my car again at no additional charge and fixed the issue. I highly recommend them.”

“Hade my oil changed.Later in the month my car stopped running on the roadway. I had the var towed to Express. It was discovered that a faulty filter was the cause. They replaced the filter at no charge. I did have a $125 tow bill for the car. They were friendly. and courteous”
