Love this Daycare! The Director & Staff are very kind and take good care of the children. The faciality is clean, and the meals they provide for the children are yummy - They are excellent with educational instruction - they go above and beyond! - They are not only just teaching ABC 123 to my 3 year old but also teaching him out to speak Spanish, and Korean - the children who graduate from this program test at a higher-level when they get to public school. This Daycare/preschool is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a safe and loving environment for their child.

Not going to lie, I was nervous at first to bring my son here based off past reviews. But I needed to find a daycare for him ASAP last year because of a miscommunication with the county. So I took a chance with Tiny Toes, and to this day, I tell my husband we got so unbelievably lucky to have found this place. My son begs every day to go to "school". Every day I'm greeted by just polite, and happy employees. Every one there is so friendly and kind. I've always been made aware of any issue that may have occurred. I could go on and on, but I'll just end on this note.. While in the past the reviews/stars may not have been the best, they have clearly changed! I have nothing to complain about with Tiny Toes, and would recommend them to anyone looking for care!

I thought I liked this daycare. Until I had to put in my two weeks due to the daycare hours not working with my work schedule.. I was charged after the payments were due to stop. I disputed the payment with my bank. Then the following week I was charged AGAIN for more than the weekly rate. I can't understand why my account continued to be charged without my permission not once but twice!

Both of my children attend this daycare. My daughter since she was 1 (she’ll be 4 in 30 days) & my son since he was 6 weeks old (he’ll be 2 in Oct) I love the staff & the director/owner! We’re family at this point. I trust them with my tiny humans & dread the day they start actual school. The love & patience that has been shown is unmatched & exactly what I was looking for in a childcare center! Thank you guys for taking care of my babies! I love yall ?

My youngest has been going here since he was a baby. The teachers are always smiling and ready to engage with your child. During pickup they take time to engage the parent and advise them how the day went and tell you funny stories that were told throughout the day- they also have an app that they utilize where they upload photos for the parent and also let you know the activities for the day. Before we leave every evening my child insists on going to every teacher to give them a hug and say his goodbyes. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being so great to my little man <3

Management (Ms Sawyer) and the Twos Teacher is always very professional, helpful and pleasant. They have my grandson best interest when it come to nutrition. They realize he's a picky eater so they stay on top of his healthy snack inventory from home and inform Mom in a timely manner when he's getting low. I appreciate all the love and patience they show towards my grandson.

This daycare is a hidden gem. It is privately owned and not a franchise. It is smaller than many corporate run daycares. Staff turnover is low and that is good for children, who need consistency. There is a childrens urgent care center right next door, and many fast food restaurants nearby if you are on a time crunch and need to pick up happy meals for the evening. It is small but diverse and has a community feel to it. Would recommend!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The director is very unprofessional. She favors parents and the children that she is friends with. She also likes to charge people hidden fees. She is never around to speak to the parents in person when they have questions. The kids are never fed and if something I wrong with your child the teachers NEVER REPORT IT TO YOU. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT LEAVE YOU KIDS IN HER CARE. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

This was the worst daycare my children have ever attended. However, it did not start out that way. At first everything seemed to be fine. We went to this daycare for about a year when the director started adding fees that were never charged before. The director kept saying that it was due to their new system, and kept referencing having to speak to "corporation". Not only this, the care my kids started to lack quality. I was not informed until on my way to pick my children up that my daughter had been crying and screaming out in pain for an hour about her ear hurting. Another one of my daughter's had issues with another student where the child put their hands on my daughter and I was not called. My daughter's stomach hurt causing her to have diarrhea all day. I received no call just came to the daycare with her poop underwear sitting on her cubby, not even in a bag. The lack of professionalism this place has gotten to is astonishing. It's a shame that we as parents spend so much on child care, and can't depend on them.

It has been a year since my child attended but, I still wouldn't recommend to anyone. Horrible experience. The director is never around and has no desire to answer questions or concerns. They say "meals included" but don't feed the children the proper amount they should be given. Also they make you pay for their "learning book" which is nothing but printed out copies from the Internet stapled together. They may be the cheapest daycare around but it is worth spending a little extra elsewhere.
