By far my favorite store. Especially if you’re looking for petite clothing. Store personnel are all friendly and helpful. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years! Definitely recommend.

I agree with many of the comments. I have gone into this store with NO acknowledgement, only to have others who came in behind me acknowledged. I'm assuming they "think" I don't fit the "Talbots customer look" although I have the means to shop there. Particularly from the manager. Since Bea left, the service went down. This is the only Talbots store that makes me feel this way. Perhaps a management and associate overhaul is needed.

I've got to agree with the reviews that mention poor customer service. I've been to many Talbot's and albeit the store itself was nice the Mgr. Katrina's attitude left a lot to be desired. I won't be back!

No greeting as we entered. No greeting as we shopped. We had to seek out assistance and was told the general direction of where to find a size, where something might be... only 1 other lady shopping and still I had to stand, arms full, waiting. I love the quality of Talbots and extra benefits. I enjoyed shopping weekly in Viera, Florida. Now that we've moved, I understand why so many women Don't shop in Talbots here! Customer service matters!I Bought what I wanted, but won't be back to this location. Not a win at all.

I love the store and the service is amazing but Talbots has decided to discontinue extra buttons on the clothing. I’m concerned because I bought a jacket with NINE gold buttons and it would cost me over $30 to replace them. I’m sorry to give a bad review but I’m hoping to get someone’s attention.

The customer service in this store can't be beat! I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. The ladies are so very helpful. They take their time making sure you get exactly what you need, the right fit.

My first visit to this location, looking for cotton/linen. Some cute but seriously overpriced stuff. When I walked in two women were discussing displays. The black woman interrupted at least to greet me but the white woman with long hair was completely oblivious and just going on and on and on about how somebody had done displays wrong and how she was going to tell the person not to do it and this was being loudly carried on from one side of the store to another. One other customer came in. As we both completed our brief tour we made eye contact and rolled our eyes. I’m guessing this white lady was maybe a district manager on a power trip? She felt no obligation whatsoever to acknowledge customers or act appropriately. I was embarrassed for all of them and I felt awful for the two other employees. Wouldn’t recommend or return. She basically ran off the only two customers in the store with her non-stop criticism and blame.

Deserves 0 stars because there’s nothing bright shining about this store but the merchandisers attitude. I wanted to purchase a $90 sweater that they had IN STORE. Not only was it displayed on 2 mannequins but it was also displayed with another button down shirt layered with it. They had my size but refused to sell it to me because they were displays. The two sales associates were timid and acted afraid of this “merchandiser”. What in the F is going on in this store?! I was ready to spend a couple hundreds dollars and become a new customer but no thanks. I’m 45, maybe I’m too young to be shopping in this store. I’ll come back when I’m 60 and in a bad mood. Disgraceful customer service.

I love to go into this store to see what they have. Everyone is friendly and professional. I just wish the prices were a little bit lower. Debbie was great finding me a nice coat that happened to be on sale. It was a hot pink $220 wool coat for like $75. Debbie will tell the truth as to what colors look good on you. She's the best at this location.
