I bought a 2011 6.7 L power stroke from here, about a year ago, in what I was told to be in excellent mechanical condition with no accidents around a month after owning the truck I figured out that none of that was true. The trans was on its way out The injectors were in the same boat as the trans entire front end, needed work, hubs, locking, hubs, etc. they charged the AC system when I was buying it shortly after it ran out come to find out it needed a new condenser and compressor The motor was wiped down top and bottom so you couldn’t see the upper oil pan leak There are miscellaneous wires running everywhere throughout the truck and if I had to guess I think I pulled about 20 feet of random wire out from behind my glove box The warranty that I was offered with the truck would’ve been an extra 10,000 which is absolutely i would not buy another vehicle from this dealership. They are sketchy and untrustworthy.

I found a car they had listed on Facebook, Marc was non-responsive and gave basically zero info, couldn’t even provide the VIN number. I had to figure out where the car was by looking at other postings. I traveled over an hour to come see it. Arrived at 5:05 (listed hours are until 6 PM) only to be told, “I have to be at the post office by 5:30, come back tomorrow morning, you should have scheduled an appointment.” Had the blame shifted onto me, and didn’t even take our name/number to follow up or anything. Awful experience.

I have been buying cars for years this by far was the greatest and smoothest transaction ever. They were honest and up front about everything concerning the purchase of a beautiful Tahoe. I mentioned that there was no gas in vehicle without hesitation..quickly I was given gas funds. I appreciate everyone that worked with me and made me me feel at ease. I drove off in a shiny Tahoe that I absolutely love. Thank you

If I could give this dealer zero stars I would. I have sent multiple requests trying to purchase a car out of state and 'Mark' has more important things to do than answer my simple questions in a professional manner - but what can you expect from a dealer that posts videos of cars and says you have to have 'big balls' to drive this one...what a joke. This guy is a scammer and I'd keep my distance for any serious car buying enthusiasts. Will post screenshots of my conversations with this dealer for all to see in our car buying circles - the level of unprofessionalism is astounding. Will be reporting to BBB, as well.BUYERS BEWARE.

Found a great truck here and I am out of state so they worked very well with me on sending pictures and answering all my questions. They even picked me up from the airport in the truck for a 1 hour test drive back to their lot. The transaction went smoothly and I left to drive it back to Michigan. 3 hours into my drive I had a breakdown but was able to get it into a dealership right off the freeway. It took a week to get the parts to fix it and I had to rent a car to go home and come back to pick it up. Kevin and Joe never left me hanging and promised they would take care of me and help with costs for repairs. Once it was all completed they not only covered all the repair costs but paid for my expenses to get home!!!!! What an awesome team and what SUPERIOR customer service! Thanks again guys!!!

This family owned business is wonderful. Vehicle quality is above what the pictures show, communication is fast and straight forward, and the fact that they don't try to hide anything is definitely a plus for me. Kevin was an excellent salesman and would gladly do business with them again.

I was recently in an auto accident that left my car totaled. Not in a position of time to go from dealership to dealership searching for a replacement, or w/financial luxury to purchase a new vehicle, I quickly found a Jeep on-line that I hoped would work for me. After meeting Mark and the staff at Superior, I felt good enough to purchase that Jeep after one test drive. Mark listened to my concerns and within 48-hours got me in the Jeep at a price I could live with. The staff were kind, authentic, and offered a no-pressure approach. Thanks again! G.
