I purchased a computer at Staples the ASUS Vivobook and MS Office 365 for home home and normal work usage. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and provided excellent customer service.

I had an urgent printing need for our local store marketing. Kat was wonderful! She was extremely attentive, urgent to complete the request, and had OUTSTANDING customer service! I was done in 15 minutes! Wonderful job Kat! I left an very satisfied customer!!!

Excellent customer service. Manager Kyle assisted and advised me on the ink I needed for my printer and made sure their price was competitive.
Staples also provides perks for returning empty ink cartridges to the store. Highly recommend this store.

Great IT support, highly recommend over Best Buy. I bought my last few laptops here and have been impressed by both the knowledge and effort here. Best Buy has gone even more super corporate and now sends you to an offshore team that doesn't seem to know or care about anyone or anything. Even if you drop your computer off in the store there they just rush it out and give it back to you with the same problem. Staples was unexpectedly great at both picking up the phone and resolving issues in store.

I have been in need of a new laptop and after shopping at Best Buy, BJ's Warehouse and Costco (which I purchased and had to return two Acers - that MUST have come from a bad batch) I stopped by Staples. There I found reasonably priced HP and the "Help desk" / supportive and knowledgeable staff that I also need to accompany my computer purchase.
Yes, I am indeed pleased with my HP laptop purchase from Staples!

The reason for me visiting this store was because, the Staples near my home in Stafford VA treated me horrible. The copy center to be exact.Ashton was not only wonderful but, he was a breath of fresh air . He had patience and helped me with my printing services. Kudos to Ashton and keep up the Good Work.

My wife and I received a gift card at our wedding. We went to the store to pick up some office supplies and the gift card didn’t work at the cashier. He told us to call customer support to get the issue resolved. We paid and left. Then we called support and they referred us to a different number (that is, to hang up, and call a different number because “they were changing systems”). We called the other number and Bill, the worker who picked up our call, asked for our gift card number, which we provided. He said that he could see the balance but that because they were changed systems, they needed to “register the gift card” once again. For it, he asked us for the receipt. Of course, being a gift card given at our wedding, we don’t have any receipt (who gives a gift card with the receipt?). We explained that and he said that there is exactly nothing that he could do, meaning that the funds were lost. This whole situation translates into Staples selling gift cards, getting them “de-registered” because a change of system on their end, rendering gift cards unusable. The customers made nothing wrong on this one and ended up losing their funds. We asked for a manager and Bill said he was the manager and reiterated that there was nothing to do, that our money was lost. “Stealing” is a strong word but it’s hard to find a better term to describe this situation. We try to not buy everything from Amazon but companies like Staples make it very difficult.
