It is fake the estimated time. You have to be in person and the wait is long. They don’t honor your appointment online, only in person. It said it was 14 minutes on my phone and when I got there it was 42 minutes. They got every person that went in except me. They said that the computer was messed up, but they didn’t cared and we had to wait. They talked to me for the second time and told me I was next, but they took another person coming in. Left without haircut. Horrible customer service and care of clients!

Every experience is amazing Reva does an amazing job if it wasn’t for her doing my hair I would not come in for a cut she does a great job!

I take my teen to sports clips for haircuts. Our last visit we had Reva. She was exceptional. We came close to closing time and she was more than welcoming. She gave my son a buzz cut and came out exactly the way he wanted it. She has a great personality she had him laughing the whole time which is hard to do! We will be back!

I take off from work early, go to set an appointment. Wait time says 0 time wait. I walk in and the 2 girls are sitting in chairs laughing and joking. As I go to sign in, since I’ve been going their for 8 years. The one young lady named reva, laughs and states we are not accepting walk ins. I look at the board and they have no appointments. So I ask what time do you close? She said 7. So I ask if no one is here and you close at 7, why can’t I get a hair cut. She says, do you not understand. Sorry you and your coworkers just lost a 8 year customer that leaves an $80 tip Everytime. I went over to great clips, they were dead, I sat in a chair received excellent service and the best haircut I received in 8 years. I will be back to see you Erin. Keep up the hard work at Great clips in Central Park. Sport clips, I hope you review and make adjustments.

I am a little late with my review so my apologies to the ladies of Sports Clips. I wanted to say thank you to Ashley for giving me a fantastic haircut. She has an awesome personality and a great stylist.I also wanted to say the other two ladies that were working the day I came in, Brooke and Trinity, were very friendly and courteous.Oh and Brooke, I did want to remind you that Diehard is a Christmas movie??. Hopefully you have gotten a chance to watch it.You ladies are the best and I look forward to my next cut.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!Tom

Been coming to Sport Clips for 5 years, and for this specific location was my first time. I've known for years how bad Sport Clips stylists are, but this was the worst. Came in for a simple low fade, even bought in a picture, and somehow lady gave me a high and tight. I had just got my hair permed for 200 dollars at a different salon and this place just CUT IT ALL OFF.

Took my two sons to see Ms. America today, she’s been cutting my older sons hair for a few months now and never misses! She always does exactly what we want and is AMAZING with my kiddos. My two year old had his first haircut today and she does soooo stinking good!! I highly recommend coming to her! My sons each have complete different texture of hair and she always does a phenomenal job!

Went there for a haircut . Explained to the technician exactly how I wanted my hair done . Not only the worst haircut I have ever had but even shaved off part of my beard.What A Mess . She chopped up both sides so bad I can't even brush it . One side longer than the other .I told her to save the length on back of my neck , cut all the way up past my hair lineTold her to keep my sideburns cut past my earlobesDo Not Recommend Them At All ??
