Nicole was the only good barber here, she always had a wait and it was worth it. She was the only reason I continued to go here and now that she’s gone I’ll never go back. This place needs a lot of help starting with replacing the staff. After 2 months of hoping to see Nicole’s name on the list of stylists to request I finally went somewhere else. I’ll miss her, wish I could have known she was leaving and followed her on to wherever she went.

Nice fast and clean. But the cuts are horrible!!! I've seen better at a barber school. For 30.00 a cut there needs to be higher training standards

Google says times of business on Tuesdays are 9am to 5 pm. On the door it says opens at 10 am My husband waited until 10:15 am (after arriving @ 9:20am because of the google times listed) and they still had not opened. Not opening on time has happen more than once but he usually waits for someone to arrive and unlock door. Then you have to wait for them to get settled in. Very poor business practices. It’s worth spending a little more and going to a barber that opens on time!

I had my haircut there about a week ago, the stylist name was Natasha and from the moment I walked in she was very polite and courteous. She sat me down in her chair and totally paid attention to the details I gave her on how I wanted my haircut. As she cut my hair she was talkative, unlike some stylist who just cut hair and don't make it a personal experience. Afterwards I was given a hot towel, shampoo and massage!! When she was finished she detailed all of the notes that we talked about together and added them into the computer for the next time I come! Over all it was an amazing experience, Natasha is a hair cutting artist and I will return here everytime I need my haircut. Thanks to natasha. I hope she is recognized for her hard work and dedication. She is well deserving of itService: Haircut

I and my son have been going there for 4 years and today should’ve been a normal visit. We got lucky and were told we’d be next if no one else came in, no one else had came in but the manager, becca, came and took the person next in line simply because they were waiting for her. This resulted in all the other people who weren’t in shop showing up and instead of a 20 minute wait it turned into a 2 hour wait. This kind of favoritism is ridiculous when there is a list they are supposed to follow. I will not be taking my business there any longer while she is there and I’m still trying to get my season pass renewed for unused haircuts.Service: Haircut

The main manager is nice but online and in-store system is screwed constantly by the cashier. Today, 10 Sep 22, 1630 hrs, we were "in-store" physically waiting with my son's name as #1 next on the list and then they skipped him and they pushed his name to the bottom of the list after already waiting one hour. I had to argue for him to be served and they women act like they don't know anything about their own system or even seem to be aware who is sitting and waiting. Don't recommend!!!
