Makenzie went above and beyond expectation. She treats you with respect and provided assistance needed. This was a big investment on a quality product. She is very knowledgeable and invested in the product she believes in. She was very friendly and made this a pleasant experience for my wife and I. We appreciate everything she did to help us.

The experience with all of the representatives in the store have been nothing short of exceptional. The actual Sleep Number bed we purchased was top of the line but unfortunately we couldn't get comfortable in it.
Long story short we returned our bed. Then brought the bedding in store to return it. I paid for the bedding on my personal cc and the bed was paid for w my synchrony account. When I returned the bedding in store the associate tells me that I'm only getting a partial refund on my card and the rest was going to my synchrony account. She couldn't tell me why this happened, neither could anyone at the Sleep Number customer service center. Sleep Number takes no responsibility in knowing why their system refunds the order the way it does. They told me to call synchrony, which I did and they have no clue what happened in store or why. They asked me to call back in 7 days when the refund will post to my account and then maybe they can see what took place.
Posting this for potential future customers: if your buying anything with a separate account or card from synchrony, have the representative put it on 2 separate orders, or you risk the same uncertainty with how your refund is handled and applied.

Great experience. I came in to purchases a sleep number bed and Mackenzie was my sales associate. Let me just say, I had no clue where to start, as this purchase was an early Christmas gift, and Mackenzie took the time to help pick out a bed that fit my needs, as well as bedding and furniture. I was able to look at all sorts of samples, which helped make my shopping experience pleasant, and just overall, I was so impressed by Mackenzie's knowledge of all things Sleep Number. The best part...Mackenzie was very personable. The time it took to look around, discuss products, purchase and schedule delivery was very timely, done within an hour to hour and a half. I will be coming back to Sleep Number for another purchase thanks to Mackenzie!!

I love going into the store. I already have a sleep number bed. I have had it for over 15 years and swear by it. I could never convince myself to come in until I wanted to take my friend. Not only did I buy a new bed, but my friend also bought a new bed. The manager was so helpful. So nice and knowledgeable. Had a great time. The bed is guaranteed, so if I am not happy they will take it back. I told them, there is no way I will be sending it back. After all, I have had my current bed for over 15 year. I am gifting to my son now.

My husband and I just went in to purchase new pillows and were blown away by Mackenzie. She was personable and knowledgeable - extremely well versed in the sleep number materials and technology. Because of her, we are now considering a new sleep number mattress and fully adjustable base!

DO NOT BUY!!! I purchased the Climate 360 for $12k. Worst experience imaginable. Bed was delivered damaged. Aside from the damage, it was the worst night's sleep I've ever had. When I called customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do. I've processed my return after one night and they're charging me $300.
