“April is a rock star! I didn't have enough time on my lunch break to find shoes because there were other guests being helped, but she got my shoe size and needs and as soon as I got off work I came back and she had a stack of shoes for me to try ready and waiting. I found my perfect pair and finally my feet are pain-free! She was able to educate me on a needed heel drop which no other store was willing to discuss. All other stores brought me just a pair or two and said that's what I should use. April had me do laps with lots of shoe combinations until I knew for sure. Thanks so much! I will be back regularly so try at my feet aren't neglected again.”

As soon as I got into Better Menswear I was presented with the owner Mr. Parker and he was extremely friendly in pointing me in the right direction. “This is my go-to shop to grab the wife gifts. They staff are super nice. They are not pushy. They are definitely not snooty. Their selection varies by season and they have limited selections; it is what it is. Expect to pay, but in return you are getting high quality. The brands they carry make quality clothes and jewelry. Have to plug the staff again. Super nice and welcoming to both women and guys. Keep up the great work!”
“Walked in just to try on boots and determine fit and finish. Greeted by Cris who figured out style of boot I was after. She encouraged me to use the machine to determine proper size. She then spent the next 20-40 mins helping me navigate boot style, sizes, and width. With her help I found a perfect fitting Red Wing Iron Ranger. She even special ordered a pair of boots for my wife.

“This store is a hidden gem. It is not in the mall- but I actually like that because it is not overwhelming. The staff has always been consistently kind and friendly. The clothes are beautiful and great quality. I also love that they have a large clearance section when they are switching out the seasonal items. The clearance prices are pretty great. I am a teacher and they give you a discount if you show your I.D. One time, I forgot my school I.D. and the worker was so kind and let me show her my school email account and was totally ok with that. She actually didn't even ask to see it- I just wanted her to know -. I appreciate the KIND service. Customer service is what sets this beautiful store apart. Loyal customer and glad to shop here. <3”
“My first time at this location (store 3528) was great! I was greeted upon entering but was left to look around on my own, which I greatly appreciated. Once I had picked a piece or two Luna asked if she could start a fitting room for me. After I tried on my picks and wasn’t loving them she helped me find better options and I left with a full outfit, looking better than if I had chosen for myself.”
“This place has a good selection of skirts, tops and sweaters. I purchased a tweed pencil skirt from here for next to nothing. The sales associate gave me all kinds of good ideas as to how I should wear the skirt. Everyone here is friendly and professional without being pushy. This store has a lot of good sales and clearance items and who doesn't like that.”
“Be patience, any job take long time , a glue job for a sandal more than a month but it was a good job , I was getting impatient because of the reviews, and notice that they have a sign that said if you don’t pick up after 30 days they don’t guarantee, but the waiting it’s 30 days ! So you have to keep a reminder because they say they will give you a call but they don’t , my sandal took a month and a week , and on the following week after they said was going to be ready I called until they finally had the pair at the store , $24 for a glue job on one sandal but they look perfect”

“I recently visited the store for the first time, and let me tell you, I was absolutely dazzled by the incredible variety of shoes on display! There were so many options to choose from that it felt like a shoe lover's paradise. I had the pleasure of being assisted by an amazing employee named Dylan. He was not only sweet and attentive but also went out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of throughout my visit.
The store itself earned a solid 4 to 5 stars in my book, even though I noticed a few shoe boxes were a bit unorganized. I highly recommend checking out this store, it's a delightful experience for anyone in search of a fantastic pair of shoes!”
“I went in today to go shoe shopping with my daughter who has autism, she really wanted shoes that had laces but I had told her if she can’t tie them in the store she cannot get shoes with laces. The girls that was helping us took her time to help my daughter learn to tie her shoes. I did not catch her name but she definitely went out of her way for my daughter today.
