They have consistently left behind some trash and recycling in the bins. I also notice they increase the cost per month, with no improvement in their quality of service. If you have a choice, don’t choose Shiflett’s for waste services.

It's frustrating I see the garbage truck coming and when I go out to put my bin I realize it's the only one that hasn't been emptied.

Continually violated noise ordinances, waking our cul-de-sac up between 4 & 4:30 a.m. Customer service is polite, but nothing gets done. They reduced service without reducing rates, and when we replaced them, the new company still had full-service *AND* charged less.Services: Yard debris removal

They started going door to door in the neighborhood with discounted price and get us to their service and increased the payment after 6 months to the same as previous provider. Now they changed trash pickups from two days to one with the same price. They also took my yard waste bin and told me as they are not responsible if it's personal. I called couple of other service providers and see they are cheaper with the minimum $10/quarter. Don't move to them; you'll finally see yourself losing more money than save a little bit.

Paid to get my services started on June 19 2023, they didn't come until June 29th. Called them and they informed me there was a communication error on the pickup and driver didn't know I was a new customer despite having two brand new trash cans with their name on it. Called 2 more times after that incident and was promised they'd be out there the next day, and never came both of those promised dates. It's now June 5th and still no driver to get my trash that I paid for. I have 2 trash cans that are over flowing with garbage sitting at the end of my driveway. I always get excuses and false promises for services I paid for and they've failed to keep. I'm very dissatisfied and I don't recommend this company at all. I shouldn't have to chase them around to make sure they do THEIR JOB for services I paid for.Services: Yard debris removal

Repeat offender of county noise ordinance, shows up 1 hour before they’re legally allowed and disregard neighborhood complaints about noise, SPEEDING in 15 mph zones and so forth.

This is long but... The company wants to bill me for service's not rendered. And when I asked why I am being billed for last year and my trash wasn't picked up?. I was told I had to prove that I paid someone to pick my trash up or they are going to charge me. I sent them my old invoice from another company Then I was told that any trash that was taken to the dump I would have to pay them for. I spoke with the dump and I was told no it's not true. But she is looking into it. ( I will update) then I was billed $197 for all of 2022 even though I had already paid $60 from January to March of 2022. The representative hung up on me. And when I spoke to the "Boss" I was told again prove I took my own trash. And also yes she knows that the company didn't pick up the trash. But could still charge me. So now I have a bill for over $200 due April 2023. Yes after all that the company is still charging me ??

They began to only empty one of our two trash cans. Fine, maybe they switched to just having room for one or something. This went on for a few weeks. Then today, they didn’t empty ANY of our trash cans! Now I have two full trash cans and one has already been gone through by some rodents
