It's been a while since I ordered food from Sheetz. Not sure if the quality has decreased across the organization, or this particular location, but the breakfast sandwich and pizza I received were below public school cafeteria standards.

The worker who ran the register, his name was Chad, should be retrained. He seemed to have no knowledge as to how the mobile orders are supposed to be rang up and because of his incompetence I've now lost 750 sheetz points and was unable to get my food. I will be calling corporate

Favorite sheetz to go too the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The customer service is better then some 5star restaurants I have visited. The management and staff know what they are doing and are absolutely crushing it. They all deserve a pay raise and some sort of thank you for just always being amazing no matter the issue or time

They need to figure out a different system for the weekends because it’s not even worth going there at this point and definitely not even worth ordering food unless you have 45 minutes to an hour to wait with a bunch of other people.

One of the best in the area. Store #264 is where I fuel up and fill my belly every morning before work. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Samantha, Nadia, Moss, and the rest of the team go above and beyond to make the days a little brighter. Not a bad way to start your day. Keep up the great work everyone!!

I went to sheets tonight for at least the 2nd night this week and was told that I couldn't buy alcohol with MY card and MY ID because my husband didn't bring his wallet. If this had been our first time there I would have totally brushed it off. But how are you going to tell me this is the rule after we have been going there about 3 times a week for the last few months and NEVER has this been a problem. If there is a rule against people who "look under 30" not carrying the alcohol to the front there should be a posting about it. OR at the VERY LEAST consistency with your employees. If we had known to be prepared for that we would have come prepared. But after coming here for months and then this happening we wont be going back to this location. Ill pay the extra 50 cents for drinks at 7 eleven or better yet go to the ABC store where that also has NEVER HAPPENED.

Nasty dirty owner should be ashamed. All this while employees talk not working. They dont even give you napkins no wonder it a mess. Sad hate to see what the kitchen looks like.
