I guess Kohls Sephora is better than none. Zero customer service and zero knowledge of the products-- not okay considering they're higher end.I wasn't greeted, while 4 members were gathered behind the counter. I should have left after I felt invisible by person number 3, but stayed because I needed something specific as a gift later today. Maybe because I didn't have on a full beauty face??I now know to continue to shop in store at ULTA whose members are welcoming and knowledgeable, and online sephora. Cyan (I think her name?) was the only one who showed any interest in my future purchases, but she didn't know any product details- just nicer than the others.

CYAN IS EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Not only was the facility clean and in order, the employees were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind!!! Cyan helped me so much and I definitely couldn't have picked out the products I needed without her! If you're in the area, stop by and ask for Cyan!

I do not recommend this store the service is lousy, I bought a product in September for a gift at the end I took it to return it and these 2 girls at the checkout told me that in KOHLS SEPHORA YOU ONLY HAVE 15 days to return the products, WHEN ON MY INVOICE IT SAYS *60 DAYS. I was told to go to another sephora that they could help me there , waste of time.Incompetent service at this store, they are always on their cell phone or at the checkout chatting.

I want to give a shout out to the Manager at the Central Park location. My mom was a victim of possible theft but definitely a dishonest man yesterday at the Cosner Corner store. She forgot her paid merchandise in her cart and realized it walking out the store. When she went back none of the associates at the Cosner Corner store offered to assist her. She approached the gentleman who took her cart from her but he denied having her merchandise instead he stated she left it on the floor near the door. I went with her today to the Central Park location to shop for other things and she told me what happened to her yesterday. I saw the Manager working in the aisle and inquired about camera footage and such. He is always friendly whenever I have gone there and he immediately took her incident and made it right. Thank you again!
