“We were checking around for a storage place for our daughter for a temporary move and realize it was in close proximity to our home. From the moment we entered we received a friendly & welcoming vibe. Kristy (the sales associate) assessed our needs and showed several sized units. The climate controlled space was great and she explained all the pricing deals and monthly payments along with instructions on how to access the gates & entering the parking garage for unloading & loading. “If I could leave a 10 star review I would! Me and my husband Owen visited here to ask about a tow dolly and Herb helped us. He didn't have one but he took so much time out of his day to find one that was right off the interstate on our way home all because me and my husband wanted to ride home together after purchasing a new car. He even called to check on us to make sure we got it smoothly. He was so kind and sweet! We got our tow dolly and our on the way home in the same car all because of Herb. He was just an amazing person to meet and chat to for awhile. It was above and beyond amazing customer service. I 100% recommend this place for any storage/uhal stuff you need!”

“Excellent customer service, very professional demeanor from every staff member with whom I’ve ever interacted. Woman owned business. Onsite cameras and Gated security. Restroom available from within the gated area. Boat and RV parking options available. Rental units are standard sizes and reasonably priced. Well maintained and clean facilities are monitored and inspected daily by staff on duty. Hassle free account maintenance online. Getting setup initially was super easy and a painless experience.
I saved a ton of money by moving my storage here from a nearby competitor notorious for jacking prices every quarter. Prices here have raised on a regular basis but it’s more reasonable and this business communicates much better than any other in the area that I’ve dealt with to date.”
“There really isn't anything I can think of for y'all to improve upon. Y'all already have all your vehicles using the same fuel, the van was practically new and ran like a dream, the employees at this location were sweet and understand customer service perfectly, and they were super helpful with not only checking the vehicle out for use, but also upon my return at the end of my contract. The only improvement that could be made would run y'all out of business, cause ya can't get much cheaper without paying your customers to use the vehicles. There really isn't anything I can think of to improve, just keep up the great work.
And for the record, I did research other options and all of them were more expensive with less freedom of use. Uhual, keep doing what y'all are doing.”

We have a parking spot with them, so I can't say what the storage units are like, but I imagine they are perfectly fine.I do wish the parking spaces were a little wider to give a little more space to maneuver, but that's a nitpick. Also, they don't seem to keep the gates locked (or at least they haven't been locked whenever we've been there). It's not in a bad area and there's video surveillance, so I'm not terribly concerned about it.Overall, I'd recommend them highly.”
“I’m not sure if this is the right location- but one of your employees (she had on a U-HAUL shirt, so I’m assuming she works for U-HAUL) was at Navy Federal ATM tonight. I walked up to use the other ATM beside her & we spoke briefly- she made sure that her & her husband waited for me to finish depositing my money at the ATM & make it back into my car safety before they left. They don’t know how much that meant to me & I just want to say thank you to her and her husband. There is still good people in this world ??❤️”

“We stored some funiture here while we were living overseas. The front office staff was very helpful with setting up our climate controled unit and helping us set up online payments over email. They were prompt in replying and even sent us emails about price changes. Checking out of the unit was a breeze, and we will definitely keep this facility in mind should we ever need to rent a unit in the future.”

“At this location they did not have One-way drop off . I sent $80 in gas to drive the trailer back to U-haul and to return back home. Not with it when you ok at the cost of gas to do this.”
