Tyler and Rick are true professionals. I took my 19 Ram Big Horn in for an electrical issue. Let's just say it was much more than a simple battery swap. These two gentlemen made it their mission to find what was wrong and get it fixed. While it took some time for discovery, i am greatful for their efforts. Needless to say the truck is running like it's brand new and it's been several months since the repay and still running great. I will be Safford for future repairs and other needs. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Skyla was knowledgeable, fantastic to deal with and kept things professional and focused while being warm, friendly, empathetic and emanated an upbeat inspiring vibe! Much thanks to everyone at Safford including Troy, who saw this through from start to finish and treated me like family!! Also hope Julie’s knee is healing well!! Loving the car and really appreciated the way everything has been handled. Everyone at Safford Fredericksburg are grade A folk imo. Will definitely return for future business.-Ben

This is to appreciate the excellent service of Josh Hilbert, Service department, during my appointment on 12/18/23, for scheduled Tire change and break replacement. I didn’t opt for shuttle service but couldn’t have my own arrangement for commute after drop off. I explained my problem and Josh immediately arranged for the shuttle. From the start to the completion of the work on the next day Josh kept in touch consistently and explained the diagnosis and the remedies. I wish the dealership has all the service representatives like him.

I was greeted with a smile by Josh HILBERT as I drove in the service area. ask the reason for my visit. Josh took care of everything and the time frame while my car was been service , offered to drive me to a mall near , but I wanted to wait in the dealership. Once the car was done , Josh came explained all done asked if if there was any question which I have none. He then showed me where my car was parked and thank me for my visit I am a very happy customer.

Got a service truck repaired here under warranty. First off the staff that I dealt with over the phone didn't seem to care. The first one transferred me to the wrong department when I was trying to get a status on the truck. The one that was in the department I wasn't looking for, kept speaking over me when I tried to tell them that I was obviously transferred to the wrong department . Then the last one kept referring to me as "dude" which I feel is a bit unprofessional. Finally found out the truck was ready for pickup. Took it and went to do the oil change on it and found that the tech did not clean any of the oil, from the engine leaks, off so many parts were still covered in oil but the techs report states they checked to make sure there were no more leaks. Hard to know if there are no more leaks when oil is still covering the engine. Hardware was also missing from a cover on the engine which I had to replace. I planned to put this review in the survey after repairs but they never confirmed my email and just put the dealerships email as mine so I can't review them that way. I responded to the service writer with this information but have got no response.

Very friendly and personable staff! My dealer (Cy) listened to what I was looking for and asked questions. Afterward, he showed me a few options and we landed on the Dodge Durango R/T. I love my new ride and I really appreciate everyone during the whole experience!

Great experience I called Sammy in sales at Safford Jeep while I was at another dealership to inquire about a vehicle they had because the dealer I was at couldn't locate one in their inventory. Sammy confirmed the price and availability. I informed him I would come to the dealership but didn't have much time too test drive. After looking at the vehicle I gave him 2 other dealerships work sheets for my trades and I left. Within an hour he emailed me the worksheet. Then Sammy informed me how to apply online for financing and he contacted me an hour after to inform me application was approved and we could pick up the vehicle the next morning. The vehicle was detailed and full of gas when I arrived. I test drove it. Then I spent about an hour with Mike in finance finalizing paperwork. I can't thank Sammy and Mike enough best experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Over the past 20 years I have purchased many Dodge RAM 2500 - 3500 Diesel Trucks from this dealership. I normally don't write many Google Reviews but, in this case, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Martha Lewis (Service Advisor) for her continued Professionalism, Courteousness and commitment to always going the extra mile to get the job done. I believe Martha has proven herself to be a true asset to Safford Dodge Organization. Always a true pleasure to work with Martha when I drop my truck off for service.

Friendly service. Found the cause of a chronic electrical problem. It was completed quicker than I expected. I was from out of state passing through and was expecting to be treated poorly and overcharged. That did not happen at this dealership. They treated me just like a long term customer and the cost was reasonable.

If there were 10 stars I’d pick them all. I have a Jeep with a recall and some other issues. I was amazed with everyone’s work ethic and customer service from beginning to end. Mike at the service department was extremely helpful and explained things to me. Throughout the few days it took to fix my Jeep he kept me updated. Max, the mechanic did a thorough job with his inspection and explained everything to me. Immediately I said to myself, wow! These people are treating this like it’s their vehicle in the shop! I felt I could trust them all. Rick, the service manager, was extremely helpful and did what he could to help me out. He kept it real while doing anything with his capability to help me out. I was able to pick up the Jeep a couple days early and it is rolling down the road smooth! I am very thankful for the entire team! Thank you for great experience!

Let me walk you through my experience with this dealership. ..oh and 0 stars...NONE.I agreed to a price with their salesman Al last night 12SEP at 8pm, on Stock: PN653191. I told him it was a deal. I have all this in email. He responded back with questions on my Dodge Caravan trade in and continued to communicate up until 12:30 the next day 13SEP. I told him I would be down by 5pm on WED 13SEP to close the deal, because I'm up in Woodbridge and had to work. I drive down from Woodbridge after leaving work early and walked in at 5pm to the dealership to be told Al left, went home. I was asked why I was there, I said for a truck, I was asked which one...I gave the gentleman the stock number and then I was told it was sold today. This afternoon as a matter of fact...sometime after 1230 when Al called and emailed me last. So that PoS sold it after agreeing to a price with me less that 16 hours earlier...at about 8pm. He never had the courtesy to contact me again or be there at the dealership (which was probably a good call on his part). Garbage individual and a garbage dealership and leadership group for allowing that behavior. Burns my can because I'm also military and got treated like garbage.I'm pretty damn sure the dealer doesn't care and neither does anyone else in the leadership chain, I'm sure you guys made an extra $100 bucks or so. Good on you.

I was on a girls trip to Virginia and headed home My Jeep Wrangler had two bad batteries and one fuse blown , I got stuck on the freeway! I spotted this jeep dealership and walked in very hysterical and they calmed me down and worked with me. I was grateful that they were able to work on my car and have me out the next morning! The prices was very reasonable too! Huge thanks to them!!!

We just purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and they made it super easy and painless to purchase a new car. The salesman - Dylan Myrick - was super nice, eager and knowledgeable about the vehicle and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with our new purchase. The finance guy was super nice and friendly and made the process super easy. Dylan stayed late and went out of his way to make sure he got the car there that evening and we were satisfied. Big thank you to all for helping to make this happen - many thanks guys! Highly recommend this dealership.

I wanted to take a moment to give a glowing review of my experience at Safford CDJR. I am not the type to post reviews, but Dex and his team provided me with such great service I had to tell the world about it. I was in the market for a Toyota Tundra, and Dex had the right truck on his lot. He was no nonsense, told me to get there and it would be waiting for me.This is where Dex separated himself from other dealers I had contacted in the days prior - he did EVERYTHING he could to make me happy and comfortable with the deal. He spoke kindly and respectfully to my 6 year old who came along for the test drive. He took care of everything I asked with the vehicle. I left happy and confident in my purchase. And above all else, I felt respected as a customer. Deal with Dex and you wont be disappointed.Everyone else I dealt with at Safford was fantastic, including Duane and Jamal. Can't leave those guys out either.Thank you all
