I have a membership so I go a fair amount during the month. Today's visit was awesome thanks to Craig. He provided clear instructions/motions as I entered the bay and walked just far enough so I could constantly see him to follow his instructions. Thanks for making today's visit so smooth.

I want to give this a zero im really upset right now got home I seen dent and scratch on my hood and all the way to driver and passnager of my car

I am very pleased with Go Car Wash and the results I get on my vehicle. The monthly plan is extremely affordable and there is very little wait time to get a car wash . . . the “members only” line helps out quite a bit.The free vacuums are powerful and do a good job, of course, they are only as good as the user! LOL The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I DEFINITELY recommend Go Car Wash! I use the one near Cosner’s Corner in Massaponax!

Great place for a monthly plan if you are in the area. Free unlimited vacuums and easy on and off Rt 1. Worth the money for plan.

I had stopped here on my return trip from New Jersey to North Carolina to get my car washed and as I pulled into vacuum it all the vacuums shut down. I spend $10 to have my car washed not even pre-washed and then couldn't use the vacuum it would have been nice if somebody you worked there and formed us there was multiple customers at this happened to that the car wash would be shutting down and we would not be able to vacuum our vehicles. Very upset with the customer service I received and the guys that work there just walked right past us ignored any questions. I will never go to another go car wash again

went to get a car wash today, every employee i came in contact with was incredibly rude. the blonde white guy with vipers who was attending the drive through car wash has a terrible attitude and was overall just nasty. i went to another car wash to vacuum because of how uncomfortable i felt here. also had to call a different location to speak to management, the management at the other location was AMAZING and the sweetest ever. it's just this location in southpoint that needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Sometimes, the soap doesn't come out of the spickets, or the vacuum doesn't work, the air dryer at the end doesn't blow all the water off.

I’ve never encountered any employee at this establishment being rude to me personally. They have been always eager to help and answer any and all all of my questions. I’ve been with this car wash to throughout different management and owner. Almost a 5yr customer

They’re closing before the time which feel bad people are coming from work to get ready back for next morning, but they can’t wash the car
