We had a plan for updating our kitchen but it entailed obtaining two cabinets that looked identical to our 20 something year old original cabinets. When I walked and showed Susan my door she said we can get those. Wow what a relief. We ordered up what we needed and it was delivered as promised. The wealth of knowledge that Susan has shared with us along our remodel journey is just simply amazing. What a great person to work with. We are thankful for Reico and Susan.

Reico installed all our new construction Cabinetry. They were so good, I decided to use them to install our built-in Bar in the Loft, which turned out beautifully with our live-edge wood bartops. Susan R. is the BEST designer. Little biased because she worked with me. They are all good- and Dana was really great as the project manager for my Bar; but, Susan was TRULY a lifesaver and with her keen eye and professional acumen, she was able to find faults in my new construction plans the builder overlooked. Because of her input, she saved me time, money, and headaches.... Highly recommend.Service: Kitchen cabinet installation

We worked with Susan C. for the design and material selections of a basement kitchen. She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with our many questions and timeline. She connected us with a local contractor to handle installation. We we trusted her recommendation and were very happy that we did! This was our second remodeling project with Reico Kitchen and Bath. The Reico designer assisted with the selection of bathroom cabinetry, tile, shower door, fixtures, etc. The installer was skilled, pleasant to have in our home, and cleaned up each day. We purchased our kitchen cabinets from Reico about three years ago and during that time they were very helpful during the purchase phase. Once they were installed, one of the soft close cabinet doors was off track. Called and they said you tube it on how to fix it. To this day, still off track.... the quality is lacking since I now have three doors doing this. Additionally since they were at least nice before hand last time and my wife had emailed them before the pandemic about our upcoming bathroom project but had delayed it due to it, my wife decided to give them a second chance on a bathroom project. We walked in and the store was empty besides one sales rep and supposingly "Jenn" our last sales rep from them who was in back of the office with a customer. We told the rep we had used Jenn before, but still wanted to look around since we live hours away in Lake Anna from the store and do not travel that way much. So she pulled up our file, saw what the quote for the bathroom, but said she couldn't help us and it had to be Jenn. We still walked around with the new rep for about a half hour and she answered some questions, but said we had to make a appointment with Jenn to get help. Were like hmmm, so you cant even give us some help us now since we live little bit for a drive.. nope, I can do anything... just call Jenn and she will make a appointment with you.... So we are like can she just call us since we bought from her before, and she responds... just give her call yourselves since she very busy. Guess Jenn is busy to this day since she never called, and so am I (since I bought from another company who actually figured out, IM THE CUSTOMER)
