By far my best rental experience. Kim was great ... very personable. She took the time to go through the property with me. Addressed any questions I had before hand. She was very communicative during the application process, discussed any delays and actually got me into the place very quickly. It was very smooth with no surprises. My last rental experience was with a large company, no real interactions with the management company. It was very refreshing to rent from a company that went the extra mile to connect with the tenant. Fast forward 6 months and I have had not issues. I highly recommend renting from Reform Realty.

We used Kim 3 years ago as our buying agent when we built our home. She stayed on top of everything for us while we were out of state and was absolutely amazing. We just used her again to sell the home and it was the most seamless experience I've ever had with selling a home. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and communicative. Highly recommend! As an added bonus her fees are significantly less than any other realtor in the area.

Kim Jewell is our agent. We met Kim a year ago when we were looking to purchase land for a family subdivision. At the time we met her our first attempt at buy land was a fail due to the seller changing their mind right after we made an offer. This did not deter Kim from finding us what we were looking for. She made sure we got emails whenever something that fell into our category came along. Then when we finally got the right email with the right property we reached out to Kim and she jumped right on it to get us that sale. I nearly listed my house as for sale by owner because I paid a ton of money for realty service on the house I sold a couple years ago. It was painful to see all that money leave my pocket last time. I am very glad I found Kim and Reform Realty. I cannot say enough good things about her, her company, and her approach. At first I thought it was just a good tradeoff between regular fee realty and for sale by owner. I was totally wrong. With her fixed cost, I thought it would not be full services. I was totally wrong there too! Kim provided exceptional full service including everything you would expect and some things you wouldn't. The fixed cost which saved me thousands over traditional realty percentage fees. If you have not sold before, some of the most important items are pre-sales preparation planning, pricing strategy, and sales negotiation. Realty is not just about taking some pictures and listing the place. I am absolutely confident the final sale price was tens of thousands of dollars more than it would have been without hiring Reform Realty and in the end, I wound up with more in my own pocket than I would have going through the frustration of trying to do it myself. The final price I got definitely covered more than her fixed cost fee. In the end, my house sold for $30K more than I had expected to get when I initially planned to sell it on my own.
