So far a bad experience. I took my truck in for a new front bumper. I show up when the “work was completed” only to find out my bumper isn’t even close to lining up correctly, my hood doesn’t latch properly and also doesn’t line up, there’s a 1/2 inch gap between the bottom of my hood and top of my grille. And best of all they put over 500 miles on my truck somehow and didn’t even attempt to tell me.Update- they have fixed my hood problem and agreed to fix my bumper so it lines up correctly. However that was a week ago and haven’t heard anything else from them.Service: Body & Trim

at first, I did not want .to go here because I was looking at the reviews and the reviews were so bad about this place my insurance, Geico sent me here, but when I received my car back, the job was excellent. It was nothing what the reviews said this place is great for collision customer service. Perfect so do not go by reviews You say try yourself I did

Kept my car 3 days longer than the insurance company and I were told for quality check. Renatl agreement was for specific amount of days. Had to pay out of pocket for those extra days and have yet to be reimbursed.When my car was returned the alignment was not done as agreed upon. As bad as it was there's no way it could have been missed. Quality check failed there. Within 10 miles of driving the car "my 50mile commute to work" the front of the undercar shield came loose. That was dragging most the trip due to somebody not putting the push tabs back correctly. Quality check failed a second time.Couldn't get my back till the end of the week. I the meantime I had an alignment performed and that shop tells me there a big leak on my washer fluid reservoir. The same side that all the work was done on. Quality check for a third timeBring my car back the fix the undercar shield and inform me just a hose wasn't connected to the washer reservoir. Isn't that why my car was held 3 extra days for QUALITY CHECK?The next day after getting my car fixed for the second time. My front parking sensor is now having an issue. Same side where the work was done and the washer reservoir is.Now I can't trust the quality of their work, the competency of the techs and definitely not the crew in charge of quality checks.Did not receive a call back after multiple calls, left messages, and sent emails. Contacted the play through their website to request information for a new customer. Now waiting to see if I hear anything back before we go to the insurance company's fraud and claims department to pursue action there.Make this right. Reimburse my money for the rental "signs in the shop say renatl car for 3 days complimentary" that I had to keep or 3 extra days.Refund the money I paid for my deductibleI will change this review, take my car elsewhere and never speak of Radley Collision Center in Stafford Virginia againDo what's right, do what's fairHope to hear something soonThank you

Horrible experience!!! They do not know what they are doing. I have had to take my car back 4 times over the course of a year. Still have not fixed it. Paint is splitting, has swirls in it and gas door cover will not even stayed closed. Manager is not existent every time I call he is not available. Terrible customer service.Services: Painting

Had to take my 2020 ScatPak back after repairs were done. Took in on a Monday and called back on Friday to check on repairs There was no contact or updates all week. Was told that it would be done by end of day and someone would call. No one called and they are closed on the weekends. Don't know what happened this time with communications since i have taken 2 of my vehicles here for repairs and they have always been very responsive.Service: Body & Trim

Will not be using this place again nor recommending it. Very inconsistent communication -- their online portal said it was ready constantly when it wasn't, different agents said it was ready when it wasn't, the final day I got it had to facilitate payment authorization from insurance myself. The car was filthy when I got it back, ranging from finger/hand prints all over the car to a white/gray dust all over the engine bay. One of the replace window trims has a small tear in it but for sake of not losing my vehicle for months again and not knowing what's going on, I will handle it.Service: Body & Trim

All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have used them twice both were for MVAs. I was rear ended twice. Both times in the same spot. Lucky me. Geico was wonderful to work with and enterprise is amaxing!!! I recommend Radley Collision to everyone I know. Fast and great service.Services: Exhaust

Friendly but extremely overpriced. They gave me a print out of my parts and wanted to charge for Covid 19 disinfectant.They gave two print outs. One was for used parts for Covid 19 for $20 and print out for new parts Covid 19 was $210. I was a little baffled by that. I priced each part online so much cheaper. I am doing the work myself instead!
