If your systems are down and you are limited to functions why can’t I be notified? I drove an hour away just to get an appointment just to be rejected because they can’t verify my payment.

It’s never the job is always the people! it’s very sad when you hire your new management who don’t know the job, don’t know the position, and that’s unable to train a team. A new contract a hospital when nothing is ready and you throwing people out there that has never been in a position just to make sure the check is cut for them. New management set and allowed the employees from the contract to be disrespectful to her team, but the only thing came out of it is that the little black lady has an attitude because the little black lady is able to stand up for herself and does not take disrespect! This little black lady is me. I have 7 certifications in the state of Virginia under healthcare 2 bachelors & 1masters in healthcare. There’s no way I’m going to allow anyone to disrespect and then to label me black woman as an attitude for simply being strong and knowing her worth. I took this job to help out not to be belittled, disrespected, and taking advantage of. before quest promotes anyone to new management. It will probably be best if the new manager or supervisor is shadowing the person for at least two weeks to a month before stepping in a position, you have never been in, stop the revolving door. Online it says, they close at 12 on saturday, I drove here with my 7 months old all the for his blood work but they were closed on Saturday with no notice on the door...... very unprofessional....

I was in and out quickly and never made to wait past my appointment time. As soon as I see my doctor and have my next appointment, I schedule an appointment at Quest to be sure I can get my blood work completed and the results to my doctor before the appointment. Using Quest laboratory services works great for me?

I made an appointment and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly phlebotomist.

I go out of my way to go to this particular office. I love those that work there. I have at least three places that are closer to me that I can get my blood work done, but I always go to this location

Phlebotomist on duty was excellent. I am a tough stick, but she never has an issue drawing blood. Other lab facilities in the area are not nearly as efficient.

The customer service was fine, but the people there taking the blood are not very skilled. I went three separate times to try and get some labwork done, and they weren't able to do it. I had to go somewhere else because even after drinking lots of water before my appointment, none of the workers were able to draw blood. I will not be coming back.
