Chris and his team helped me purchase a home in the Fredericksburg area back in 2020. The whole experience was seamless, from touring homes to making an offer and completing the closing process. After getting orders (military) and having to move away, I attempted to rent my home out on my own. It was a disaster. I called Chris and asked for his assistance again so I wouldn't make the same mistake twice. BLUF, 100% best real estate agency in the area! Chris sold our home in 24hrs!!! We had an amazing experience working with Chris and Craig who went above and beyond our expectations. Before finding Q Real Estate, we had our house on the market for about 3-4 months with another agency with no movement. After discussions with Chris, we made the decision to switch agencies, and during the initial meeting, he explained everything in detail and left no question unanswered. Chris guided us through the selling process making suggestions along the way in preparation to list our home again. He identified ways to better market the house, and requested new listing pictures. Once the home was listed, we receive two offers the same day it went on the market. Excellent team at Q Real Estate and if I am ever again in the market for buying or selling a home, this is the only place I would call.

Kelly helped us find our dream home, and was helpful through that process. Since I have purchased my house I've gotten nothing but bombardment from her and her company. I've asked for it to be stopped but I still receive mail, text, and emails from them.

Chris is a fantastic realtor! We were moving across the country, so we had limited ability to conduct home tours. Chris was meticulous in understanding and prioritizing our needs and wants, and did a amazing job of finding us the right home. His experience was very valuable as he did video tours on our behalf. We really appreciated his honesty, he was clear if he felt the house was not a good deal or not a right fit for us. 5/5 would recommend to friends coming into the area!
