Even though we moved an hour away 4 years ago, we still bring our car back to Pohanka for service. They go above and beyond when it comes to service. When I need to buy a new car I would come back to Pohanka based on the service alone. I also want to thank Sean Smallwood who has held our hand through some recent problems with our 10 year old van. Thank you!

The salesman I had was wonderful. Finance department is terrible. Continual lying and beating around the bush trying to disclose as little information as possible. I was never told my rate nor was I told the amount of months it was for by finance. I went over what I wanted for rate and months with sales and I was fine with the price and amount of months that was discussed. Finance took it upon themselves to go through other banks for finance when I told them to go through my credit union that they collaborate with. They didnt even contact them. So now I have an extremely high APR (my bank gave me a rate after the fact 4% lower than what Honda gave me and the amount of months I wished. The finance department is terrible. Make sure to get preapproved by your bank of choosing. The finance department is doing anything to get a little more in their pocket. Also, do not sign up for any of the extended warranties or protection plans. They are a scam and finance will do anything to sign you up for them and tell you, you can cancel anytime but will not provide you the paperwork to do so. Ive been to the dealer 4 times and they originally said that I need the person I worked with in the finance department to come in. On the fourth try, he was at work and told me that the people who have the paperwork were not in that day and that they would send the paperwork via email. Yeah, that didn't happen so now i'm out 4k for this warranty stuff. I only agreed while I was there because the buying process took almost 8 hours because of the finance department. I would not recommend this dealership because they are strictly out to get every penny from you. I have an almost perfect credit score and received an APR of almost 9%. The dealership is not there to help you. Wish I could have gave them a 0% for the finance department. Sales I would give a 3.5/4 Stars

I recently had an oil change and brake service at Pohanka Honda Nikki was efficient, and the service was completed in a timely manner. I appreciate their attention to detail and the transparent communication regarding the work done. Overall, a positive experience.

I recently bought a car here it was Alot of back and forth when initially buying the car but they had the car I wanted that's where I was going to get it. Some people are way more customer service friendly at this dealership than others and it is very easy to tell who is. Anyways I bought the car went to pick it up as it was a few days after buying and notice a scratch on the back that was not there initially before getting the wrap for the exterior and the supposed detailing. They told me I could bring the car back the next week and have it worked on I would need to leave it for about a day but then provided another car during that time. Well the first day it rained in the afternoon(the car was dropped off 9:30am) so I got a call they couldn't complete it that day ok no biggie. Then the next day I got a call the bumper had to be ordered and then they could buff out the the part. So I had my car returned to me. This was in October I heard nothing for a month so I followed up 3 times and finally got a return call about it. By this time I was really annoyed because the bumper was never ordered so at the point 100% you all are all about the sale and non existent in customer service I said I will have someone else fix it but I want an estimate for the damage that was done at pohanka. I went in for an oil change and estimate which number one make sure you keep records of stuff because people will try to get over but it is what it is. This was 12/18. I was told the check would be mailed and I also discussed something else with the really nice lady who was helping me that day ( she enjoys her job or at least acted like it so I appreciate her customer service). So I filled up after Christmas was told it was mailed and I'd have it in a day. Nothing. Then I called back two more timesThat week and after the new year finally got someone they said they checked with accounting and it would be mailed out that day. I STILL have yet to get the check. Honestly this is one of the worst dealerships I have been to and it's been an all around horrible experience. I do not recommend using them unless you really really want the car that is at that specific dealership. If not I recommend going to another Honda so you can at least get the customer service that Honda is known for.

The service here used to be great, although expensive. Today, we were not greeted promptly, and to get our tire replaced took 3 hours. Three hours is ridiculous and there was poor communication throughout. Furthermore, a mechanic was seen horsing around in the back, clowning around on an electric scooter in the service bay.

I came to pickup a part for my Honda. I was having difficulty for months with pairing my new iPhone 14 to my car. I walked over to Jeffrey and he immediately helped. He was able to pair my phone and that made me extremely “Happy”. He showed patience and a willingness to solve my problem. I love Pohanka… The service team are above the rest. Always service with a smile and going above and beyond. Jeffrey thank you again and you have a wonderful rest of your day. I’m soooo happy. It’s always the small things that count in the end.

I used to be a person who avoided dealer service at all cost thinking it was always more expensive. In the last few years, it's changed. I've gotten quotes for several repairs at the chain independent shops and they are as much or more than dealers. They are also much less customer service oriented.Honda is open 7 days and will do whatever service you need. The independents, even the ones open on weekends have limits on what they do and almost always need the vehicle left overnight.Pohanka will make you reevaluate car dealer service.

This process began over the internet and phone. From day 1 my encounter with the internet sales staff, Stephanie J. and manager Raymond T. helped shaped my confidence in pursuing the vehicle that I found online. Then when we arrived in Fredericksburg, we were greeted promptly for our appt, allowed to take the car to our own mechanic to inspect the vehicle. Not only did the mechanic give the car glowing reviews, but they were already highly impressed with the dealership from previous encounters. And to close out all of the paperwork, Henry the finance manager finished things out smoothly.Pohanka Honda runs a a top-notched operation. I highly recommend that you consider them for your next car purchase.
